I sent this in to the GM of this location as well... I went in the other day and had the GREATEST customer service experience, that still today Im making sure to write about it. I went to pick up some flowers for my mom to surprise her at work - here is where I met the kindest, friendliest King Soopers worker ever! The gal in the flower areas name is Kristen and let me tell you, she is exactly the kind of person that everyone needs to meet. She immediately jumped to assist me with my flowers, and when we encountered a problem she walked me (and my bouquet of flowers) over to the service desk and had a manager personally assist me to get my issue taken care of (where Kristen stayed right by me the entire time). I even hugged Kristen and the manager who helped me because I was so overjoyed. I am certainly no one special, but I definitely left King Soopers that day feeling as though I am. Thank you so much for your Golden service Kristen - you made my day! ^_^

I will no longer be a customer at this store. After trying to get a roll of quarters they refused to run my card for this and just lost tons of business. I work customer service and have never treated someone like that or been treated the same. I will be telling everyone to never shop there again!!!

There arent many alternatives for a supermarket in this area. This place has most of what we need on a weekly basis and is right around the corner. They also support local producers so I can get what I need for cheaper over larger name brands with similar or better quality.

This is a wonderful King Soopers location. The produce section is suprizingly fresh and from local farmers. The sushi is made fresh daily and they even let you try a sample if they have any available. Highly recommend.

I had a crack in my hug of ice tea and it all poured out into the parking lot. I went in and asked if I could replace it and the nice lady at self check out let me grab a new one. Very friendly customer service!

Great for a local grocery store. Although keep in mind its not a super center or anything like that, so the selection isnt amazing, but it has what we need most of the time.

One of the few King Soopers Ive been to that has a fresh sushi bar! Otherwise, pretty much your typical grocery store - it is a bit dated looking interior wise...

Great produce section and shelves are stocked however there fees baked bred selection is poor. Usually the staff is nice and friendly.
