The Sprouts on Lemay has become such a freaking joke over the past few months. The employees rarely smile back at me and Ill stand at the deli counter for minutes before my presence is even acknowledged. And God forbid they take a break from there task to package lunch meat to take my simple order. There was even a time when one of them forgot to put turkey on my turkey sandwich. I used to come in on a regular basis to grab a custom made sandwhich...perfect for my on the go schedule...today topped it off though when I ordered my sandwich to be on gluten free bread as I always do (Im celiac). The guy put it on Rye. When I came back to the counter to get it fixed, I had to wait for the two attendants to finish their conversation before I was approached. When I asked that they remake it on gluten free bread, the chic looked annoyed and said "Oh, he put it on Rye because we dont have gluten free bread anymore." Seriously?! You run out of gluten free bread so you put it on bread thats going to make me sick...makes no sense. Im done.

The delicatessen employees were all hidden in the back snacking, had to go around the corner to ask to have a sandwich made and end up with thrown together crap. Update: Spoke with the manager about this experience he was very friendly and helpful; the issue was remedied, the sandwich was replaced and refunded and employees were talked to and apologetic about the sandwich.

We went to Sprouts for the first time recently. The staff absolutely rocks. Unfortunately, they offer very little that we were after. They are way overpriced. We bought some "smoked" almonds from their bulk bins & were VERY displeased that these almonds had ZERO taste. Ill give it 2 stars, based SOLELY on the rockin staff! Anything else gets a big fat zero.

good staff but I have had numerous problems with the produce since they opened. Its convenient for me so I keep trying but I have had to throw out more produce because of mold and other problems. I think the Vitamin cottage ( natural grocers) has the best prices on grocery and supplements but do enjoy the bigger store atmosphere.

Always clean, fresh and helpful. The gentlemen in the meat/seafood department is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable is very kind to me and my son. I wish shelf items were a priced a little lower, but since we buy the majority of items from the produce area and meat selection, it doesnt affect us too negatively.

First visit to Sprouts and I was I impressed with the range and choice. Nice to visit a store with real food not full of fillers and artificial additives. Great selection of gluten free produce. Parking was good and the store layout was clear.

Decent prices but its 50/50 as to whether your produce will actually be fresh vs. rotten. Combine that with the consistently awful goat-rodeo of a checkout experience and shopping here is only for if you have LOTS of time to waste.

I went to this store and talked to store manager. This was the most rude person I have dealt with in a very long time. I also think this is why this store that use to be great is now terrible!!!!

Good prices, friendly staff. Great for eating healthy on a budget. Occasionally the produce seems a little less than fresh - buyer beware and look at your food before you buy it!

I had such rude service from the checkout clerk Marisss and no one was friendly. She wouldnt look up a code and made me go find it. Lazy and rude. I will find an alternative.

Amazing grocery store! Similar quality to Whole Foods but much cheaper! ...Although, if one wishes to get good service and prices, I recommend the on Timberline...not Lemay.

This is the large of the stores in town but it doesnt have a salad bar or made to order sandwiches - go figure! Otherwise its got a bigger selection of grocery items.

I love this store, the staff is friendly. the selection is great. they have a tons of gluten free stuff. i will always return. thank you for the easter egg hunt too!

Not impressed with this Sprouts. Not as many produce items as other locations. Meat selection is limited. Will be going to another location.

You can get a fresh made sandwich for about $4, which is a pretty good deal. Also, the fruit and veggies are usually a great price.
