I love the products offered at sprouts, but the checkers are beyond slow. If they were moving any slower we would be going back in time. Also, maybe train them to keep a cake upright ideas of turning out sideways and upside down looking for the sku. Yeah it was a cute cake before you went ahead and smooshed it against its lid. So rude, but I dont have 40 minutes to take it back to get a not smooshed one and stand in line again.-my ice cream is already melting! So, I guess.. training?

I called because I was following up on a job application. Someone answered and I asked if there was anyone I could talk to about my application. The girl was clueless and took a while to give me the answer "let me go get a manager", and then puts me on hold..... 30 minutes on hold later I hang up. THAT is ridiculous. Poor customer service especially when its about my job application. Its just rude.

We have been waiting for this sprouts since before we knew it even coming to our town! It has everything I had hoped for! The only reason for the 3 star rating is that I waited for an obscenely long time for a simple sandwich and a cup of fresh juice. I absolutely understand new employees will take longer, but 15-20 min for a deli sandwich and a cup of juice is far to long

First experience yesterday. Great selection (best grapes ive ever gotten from a store). Prices werent crazy like I kind of expected. I was asked if I needed help 3 times in 15 minutes (probably a good thing, attentive staff) and overall would say this is (thus far) an excellent grocery store

We love shopping here. They are terrible at bagging though (all my cold bags get filled with non-cold food and packaging gets broken etc. I usually bag myself or rebag everything. Also, customer service doesnt answer their phone. Other than that, theyre great!

Miserable place to shop. The parking lot is a zoo. They NEVER have enough checkers, so it takes forever to get out of there. Also, their prices are very expensive. Its hard to find what you are looking for. I will not be going back.

Good prices on fresh produce and meat. Staff is very nice. You can find a bunch of specialty stuff here and Ive heard it described to me as a "poor mans whole foods". Overall a nice place to shop.

But a bit overpriced but not as bad as Whole Foods. In a pinch I go to Sprouts, but my go-to place is natural grocers in Fort Collins. Same or similar stuff for much cheaper prices up there
