My experience is awful because every time I try to catch a sale "Vitamins Madness " I need to go every week to see when is happening because employee do not know when is the time. This last time I gave my phone number and they DID NOT CALL ME, they said they did it but to be sure I came home and check my answer machine and NOTHING , they DID NOT CALL ME so I lost my trust in the store. Also it is not website where you can shop or know when is the sale. VERY DISAPPOINT CUSTOMER !

The only problem I have is with their live plants. EVERY SINGLE ONE has had root rot at the time of purchase and every one has died. They leave every single plant sitting in water for weeks. All their succulents, orchids, herbs, and foliage plants are TERRIBLE. They do not properly care for them and they will die 95% of the time with in two weeks of taking home. And honestly the people at the check outs lately have been very rude and short with everyone. Im very disappointed.

Poor customer service! Check your receipts! These people have overcharged me 6 times now! Weird. Scanned more items then I purchased and rang up broccoli ? I never ever buy broccoli. ( maybe I should) and all on different visits. come on cashiers! Dont be surprised when a secret shopper shows up. Id rather drive to ft Collins sprouts then go to this one across the street from me. Was a good customer! See ya sprouts .

Good place to find healthy food. Sometimes the sales are cheaper than anywhere else, not too badly expensive. The food looks fresh and nice/ clean. I think the people know a good amount about herbal remedies, for example I went in to get peppermint oil for my headache and the worker lead me to an actual blend in a roll stick made especially for headaches.

I cant say enough good things about Cassie! In a world that seriously lacks in customer service Cassie truly knows how to take care of people and go the extra mile. After a bad visit at another location she stepped up and got things fixed promptly. Thank you Cassie.

I love this store. The staff is awesome and always helpful! They have the best prices for produce! If I ask to sample something in deli they dont even hesitate. I have shopped around and I will always just go to this sprouts!

This store has a range of foods for someone on the Paleo diet. Occasionally Ill get home and find out something I bought was expired, but overall, I love it.
