Very frustrating coming to this location. The doctor here was short with me and never let me finish my questions without just giving me blanket answers. I decided to take my prescription and order my own contacts (I was actually exchanging them with some contacts I ordered online only months before from a company that would let me do this) the same ones that have worked for 10 years. When I got them the left eye was extremely blurry. At first I was convinced that he got the prescription wrong, but I have an astigmatism so I thought it might be that the contacts were just not quite working for the worsening prescription I had. I had paid for the full eye exam for contacts and glasses which included a lens fitting. I chose to go and buy contacts on my own so they told me I "Waived" the lens fitting and if I came in again I would have to pay again. This was very frustrating for me because I had already paid for that and now she was proceeding to tell me that I had to pay again. The lady on the phone then proceeded to argue with me over the phone about this saying "if we would have ordered trials we would have known this first...." but that wasnt the issue. The issue was I never got free trials, and now they wanted to charge me for them. I was getting my contacts for free (because I was exchanging them for my old prescription that I just ordered online through another company) and I took a risk, and now I wanted to come in and get them fixed. The way that they wanted to initially order the contacts wait a week or two for the trials to come in, then come back in another week or so would have cost me lots more time and money, two things I didnt have. I am going out of the country soon and I needed this taken care of quickly, and again if they took 5 minutes to listen to anything I said this would have been known. The fact they were unable to listen and actually help me was extremely ridiculous. Regardless of anything at this point I decided to not waste my time again with these people. The doctor was rude, short and not willing to answer any questions and the older lady at this location (shall remain nameless) while I am sure she was regurgitating what she was told to say, was not helpful either. I am very disappointed that a national chain such as this would have such crappy customer service policies. I intend on calling the national company and filing a complaint against this store.

My experience here the past two times have been horrible, yes my fault for going back the second time and now iknow to stick with Pearle Vision. I purchased 2 boxes of contacts and a new pair of glasses, the total was up to 700-800, When I opened the box for the contacts for my right eye I noticed that contact was blurry , I opened a second pair and a third they were all blurry, I was unable to see and got constant headaches I called the store to let them know, all they would offered was another exam for 60$... Ok, I thought they would be able the help more than that. I did let them know I would just like a new case for the right eye and I would bring the others in. They denied that and said if it has been open they will not take it back, even though I have been a good customer. I will not be spending any money with you again! When speaking to your manager it is pathetic I had to ask for her name. Candice maybe you should learn some better customer service. Thank you, hope this helps NOT to get you business. And to let everyone know you always rush our eye exams maybe show a little bit more care.

I went in for my eye exam & all was fine until they ordered my glasses. First they ordered readers instead of my prescription so I called the very next day because I knew something wasnt right. I told the girl I believe they ordered readers instead of my perscription & she looked on the computer & said "oh thats exactly what happened, I will get them ordered for you today". I called today to see if they were in & was told they were eot ordered & they couldnt figure out what happened. The GM said she would get them ordered today & would TRY to put a rush on it but couldnt guarantee it because it was something they "normally dont do". Excuse me? When did this become my fault? Horrible customer service as far as Im concerned & I work in customer service!

Big Thank you to the lab tech.. My son lost his glasses in a pond he was working on. He has a very strong prescription so its hard to find a place that can do his glasses in a day. I called, was put in touch with the lab tech, he confirmed he had the lenses but the lab closed at 5pm and he would need about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs to get his glasses done. we didnt get there until about 3:30, finalized everything by 4pm, wasnt expect to get his glasses until the next day, but the tech remembered my call and he stayed late to finish them.. THANK YOU to everyone who worked with us. you were all so friendly and helpful

The staff here is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The 2 times I have had to come in were long visits because of why I had to come in, so I was able to watch just how many people just come in needing help with their glasses. The employees stop what they were doing to help right away, and always at no charge. From seeing how many people just pop in (myself included) the staff do a really good job keeping up.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Went with my young daughter and younger son. They did a great job working with them and then giving me focused feedback. Dr. John Daw and staff should be commended. Dr. Daw have heard input on lasic fit the near future and what I should do right away for lenses. Thanks all.

Dominic is such a sweetheart. Some of the best customer experience I have had. He has helped me out countless times and I always leave with a smile on my face.
