Biggest mistake I ever made going here. I ordered the first pair on 1/31 got them back and they were suppose to be no glare and they had a ton of glare so we sent them back. When I got the new ones back I noticed right away they didnt seem right but I continued to ware them thinking i just needed to get used to them but never could. Finally went back to Vision works ware I had my exam done to have them check the glasses, found out they were way off. Went back to the Vision center with the notes from Vision works. So they re ordered the glasses again, told me they would put a rush on them that was 4/28 it is now 5/11 and still no glasses. I drive for a living I have lost thousands of dollars due to not being able to drive at night, the lady on the phone tells me she will see what she can do to compensate me . I just called there again and now i am still being told it could be next week before I get them back . They called me back 30 min latter suddenly they have my glasses. and for my loss of wages and wasting my time I am insulted with a 20.00 gift card. they apparently decided not to put any scratch resistant on them even though I paid for it. My glasses are scratched so bad I cant see out of them anyway,

I had a bad experience with the optical store down the street from Walmart, so I decided to give Walmart a try. I was very pleasantly surprised, that a big corporation like this could do better than the smaller chain optical stores that Id been to for years before this, but they were great. Ramatta did great with everything and my glasses came in so fast that I couldnt believe it. I just got THE BEST pair of lenses and glasses that Ive ever had. Im delighted! And Dr. Richard Robinson did such a great job with the exam and prescription, that I can now see as sharply as a razor with these glasses - the best prescription Ive ever had. Between Dr. Robinson and the people in the optical center, these are the best glasses Ive ever had! The only thing they should improve is their irregular hours for answering the phone or being there, in the actual optical department. Hard to call them, or even go in and expect to find someone there, during business hours.

The Dr. was incredible, very friendly and helpful! He is not actually associated with the Vision Center directly, which is probably a good thing because the lady working there was HORRIBLE. She ignored me for 10 minutes while visiting with a co-worker, then acted like I was an inconvenience the whole time she was taking my information. I was about to order contacts when she answered the phone, deleted all my info to help the person on the phone, then told me that I had to start over. At this point I just asked for my prescription back because I was sick of being interrupted and ignored. She tells me she needs to make a copy of it, then goes in the back and chats for another 5 minutes with another girl. Would give 1 star, but I really liked the doctor. Get you exam here, but dont waste your time with the ladies at the Vision Center.

Ramata, the vision centers manager, is the real deal. She went out of her way to help me with my RX and glasses. Always pleasant, professional and patient. Notable is the how organized and tidy this department is and the teamwork seen by all the ladies working here. Also, Dr Robinson is top shelf. He went out of his way to adjust my RX to fit in already purchased frames of mine A plus team.

Dr. Jensen is awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I left feeling like he really cared about my comfort and getting me the right contacts. Hes great and my whole family now goes to him.
