Very unprofessional staff, rude dentist that told me to sit there and take then pain from x-rays couse they couldnt capture them for 45 minutes,. Dirty I had to tell them to clean equipment because they didnt clean it from the last patient that they took back, how do I know this because theres no privacy and you can see and here everyones business. Dentist interdiction was cold, didnt identify himself nor greet me in a professional manner. As he started to check me the patient next to me was all nosy, and his comments was very unprofessional. The patients are all lined up ndxt to each other, no privacy. And they were about to perform the wrong procedure until I told them. Then on the 2nd set of x-rays I told him I can easily go somewhere where they dont have such a problem then thsts when he got ruder and saud about sitting there take the pain because theres nothing they can do. Well needless to say after that I walked the hell out so they better not charge my insurance. Do not I repeat do not go here stay clear and far way.....

This place is a complete joke. This place is not only racist, but they talk you into stuff you absolutely do not need. I have been going here for six years, and everytime I have come in, there is terrible experience. The staff is very racist and hurts children on purpose! They always let the Mexican families go ahead of you even if youre appointment is before theres, which is completely racist toward Caucasian and African American families. The staff tells you that you have cavities apparently, but I know for a fact that I dont. And when I had a eye appointment, they told me I needed reading glasses, which is a complete lie because I know I have perfect eyesight. These people force you to get sealent which there sealent, is clearly made up of harmful chemicals as well as there fluoride. And they never give white children the goody bags which is required to give to everyone. This is a complete joke of a place.

I now work at a dental office and the girls who do most of the actul work on the teeth are not certified and do not do a good job.(they dont even wear scrubs the staff was dressed in victoria secret pink sweats and hoodies) i got 8 fillings done at this location i had bad senstivity and some issues but thought nothing of it when i got my teeth recleaned for free for my birhday at my dental office i was informed that they had just skipped over an open hole in one of my teeth filled with decay, that one of my fillings was cracked, another they didnt drill out all of the decay before putting a filling in so i cant put pressure on said tooth and last but deff not least they lied about how many cavaties i had left because my medicaid wouldnt cover it. Said i had 3 small cavites left when i had about 6 All in all i would go to an office where your not gonna have to see another dentist in the long run

I dont understand why this clinic has a 2 star review, but I assume its because people take the time to write the bad but not the good. This clinic was amazing with me. They gave me privacy at my request. I got extractions and fillings with them. I was too afraid to go under any surgery. Dr. Sharma was amazing. He explained the procedure and I didnt felt any pain and surprisingly the extraction was quick. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire extraction. Ivy was super fast with fillings and they didnt fall! Last dentist i went to fillings fell within a week. The staff is super welcoming and are bilingual which is helpful for my family. The front desk girl, Silvia, was awesome. She translated eveything for my mother and made sure she understood all the work that was going to be done before she signed anything. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought my daughters glasses here. She had her eye exam at another office, but they didnt cover her lenses there. I brought in a copy of her eye prescription and handed it to them. A whole year later at my daughters next eye exam, I find out she has been wearing the wrong prescription! They did the wrong prescription! Thank God it was only slighly off, but still! Absolutely unexceptable and unbelievable! I will be calling them on Monday and speaking the with the head honcho. I am enraged!

THIS PLACE IS THE HOBLE PLACE YOU COULD CHOOSE, ALL THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THAT OFFICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE FRONT DEST, NOBODY HAS A CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE TO DO WHAT THEY DO SPECIFICALLY THE ASSISTANCE , THEY JUST HIRED PEOPLE WITH OUT EXPERIENCE. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY WERE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB, SERIOUSLY SO DESEPOITED WHEN A EMPLOYEES TOLD ME AND HEARD IT.

Very professional friendly people front desk is very nice as well as the assistants took my kid to get a cleaning done and had caveties ...loved the fact they gave me an option to get it done that same day ....dr was very patient with my son and the assistant was really quick and knew what she was doing they make great team work i highly recommend moms to take there kids here ..

The staff at this location has treated my family exceptionally well. My daughter and husband are really apprehensive to go to the dentist and the staff there takes personal time with them. They are especially reassuring to my daughter. The are mindful of my time and have a wide range of appointments. The environment is kid friendly and clean.

I made an appointment a few days ago for my kids, feeling skeptical of a new clinic, the staff was very friendly to me and my kids and made them feel very comfortable, first time they didnt cry, there was a bit of a wait but i understand because it did look a little busy, the doctor was very nice and professional.

I am sitting in the waiting room, waiting for my 1 pm appointment and its already 1:21 pm. Its so disrespectful to be late... On a separate note, guess this place doubles as a daycare. Kids are running amuck in here and they belong to the employees. Im not impressed at all...
