The transition film on one pair of my glasses were starting to peel off around the edges of the lenses and I could hardly see out of them. I went in to have the film completely removed. They said that they would at no charge so I left them there for a couple of days and wore my back up pair. When they called back to tell me they were done, I had my father go pick them up for me. All they did was just take off the part of the film that was coming off and made the lenses worse. They told my father that they had put the glasses in a chemical to remove the anti-glare, which I need since I do a lot of computer work and why they took that off I do know know why. They also told my father that I need to change my lifestyle because the only way that the film would flake off that way is around certain kinds of chemicals. It made my dad very uncomfortable and made me feel horrible to think that someone can assume that a person either does something along the lines of illegal drugs, either create or use them. I have been hospitalized several times through my life for problems I was born with and wouldnt even think of doing so. Now Im down to just one pair of glasses that I can use and wont be able to get another pair for another year due to my insurance.

After being a customer at several lower level optic centers for years, I wanted to have a better experience with the whole process. I decided to try the next level & let me tell you, I dont regret it one bit! I felt like a client at Pearle Vision, not just another customer like at the "box store" optic centers Ive worked with in the past. The eye doctor was young and personable, not stiff and awkward like some Ive encountered before. Very easy to discuss and ask questions during the whole exam process. The staff was calm and welcoming and everyone in the store knew their product extremely well. Different than what Ive experienced at Americas Best where most of their employees feel very unsure or new. The owner Esther even helped me hand pick a pair of frames that fit my face correctly. Eye care can be expensive but I felt good spending my hard earned money (Contacts, glasses/lenses, and sunglasses) at an establishment that was down to earth but who also has class when it comes to dealing with clients, not just another customer in the door. I will not only recommend this establishment to friends and family, I will be a long time client of Pearle Vision.

Every staff member I have encountered in this location has been extremely friendly and helpful. I have had the best service at this location and would recommend it to anyone. I went in roughly six months ago to pick up a new pair of glasses. The staff could not have been more informative and I left feeling confident that I picked the right frames! After some time, I noticed a problem with my frames (no fault of the Pearle Vision staff or company in general) but rather a simple manufacturing error from Oakley where my nose pads would fall off. I went into the location again to ask what I would be able to do about the problem with my frames and I was astounded by how well they treated me even though I came to them with a problem. The staff, especially the owner, Esther, treated me with respect and addressed my problem without hesitation. I now have new frames on the way and the whole process was beyond simple! I didnt even have to pay anything! I feel very confident that I made the right decision to do business at a location with a staff who is so friendly and accommodating!

No respect for customers!!!!! I changed jobs so need to get some eye care before coverage runs out at the end of the month. I called this Pearl Vision and scheduled an appointment several days in advance and the person I talked to took my insurance info and found my records and said she would have several options available based on my insurance. I show up at the appointment and she says "Oh, I tried to call you (a half hour before the appointment) so you didnt have to drive all the way here." She continues, "your insurance doesnt cover anything so youll have to pay full price". I said, "we talked about this on the phone" She says, "sorry, we used to take it but not anymore" So, now I have to either pay full price or go search out another eye doctor. IF THEY DID NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE, TELL ME RIGHT AWAY. I could have used the last few days finding another eye doctor. She called HALF HOUR BEFORE the appointment when she had DAYS to call me. I dont think I will ever use Pearl Vision again. No respect for me and my needs.

Awesome experience!!! This practice saved my long-awaited vacation! Someone sat on my glasses during my flight to Denver. That was the only pair I had and with my strong prescription I was unable to see anything. With only several hours left before my long-planned hiking trip to the Colorado Rockies, I was devastated. I wouldnt expect from any optical store to help me that quickly but the staff at Northglenn was absolutely wonderful and understanding. They quickly took my measurements and used their in-house lab to cut my brand new lenses complete with anti-glare coating. To make sure my new glasses wouldnt break as easily, Shannon fit me in a pair of very stylish yet super strong and super light titanium OVVO Optics frames. They proved to be durable and extremely comfortable, even with my thick lenses. Thank you Esther and thank you the staff at Northglenn for saving my Colorado vacation.

What a great experience at Pearle Vision Northglenn! I had my eyes checked by their wonderful doctor who really took the time with not only myself, but my 6 year old daughter who was afraid of having her eyes checked. The staff took the time to make sure that we had the top of the line eyewear to fit our lifestyle. daughter and I were fitted with the right frames to meet our budget and much to my surprise I was able to get prescription sunglasses as well as contacts! They have an amazing selection and I got my custom glasses and sunglasses in just 1 day. Very impressive staff, service, and experience. I would absolutely send anyone I know there including kids. You will be treated special and look even better! They really go the extra mile for you.. Who knew that going to the eye doctor and glasses could be so fabulous. Thanks Pearle Northglenn!

I had a great experience recently at this Pearle Vision location. I went in to get my first pair of glasses after an eye exam. I saw Dr. Lo and she was an awesome person to work with. She offered information and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and recent aura migraines even though the cause might not be eye related. The staff is more than helpful, and patient even when I was not sure what to get. One of the sales people, Stevie, has even offered to help me get my glasses at another location closer to my new home when they arrive. I cant complain. My sunglasses, frames, and lenses are incredible and I cant wait to pick up my readers. Thanks again. :)
