STAY AWAY FROM TEXTBOOK BROKERS! I had a minor issue the first time I used Textbook Brokers last semester. This semester, I had placed one order and had to have them cancel it and reprocess it three times. Additionally, I have received the wrong textbooks, got rentals when I wanted to buy the books, and am missing textbooks. I will not use Textbook Brokers again. Amazon is cheaper, and they actually know what they are doing. I tried calling the store, and someone answered the phone and hung up without even saying anything. I emailed them and have yet to hear a response.

Took 3 weeks to get a map in where amazon could have done faster. They also didnt call me when it was in I had to go in and check for 3 days before someone finally knew where it was. Employees just stand around talking and dont seem to know where things are at in the store. My girlfriend waited a month for a book and it turns out they didnt even order it yet. If your gonna use them go when the manager is there and talk to her directly shes the only one who knows what shes doing.

DO NOT GO HERE. I told one of the employees to extend my payment date about 5 times and called her 3 times to tell her that. An hour later they process the payment and it costs me $178 overdraft. VERY undertrained employees. Disorganized and has costed me an extreme amount of money. NOT worth it. I will never use this place again.

Definitely the best prices unc students will find! Fast and easy getting my book and they also have a online option that I had no problems with ordering or picking them up! They also have a Tax free weekend which I saved some money doing! Recommend for students who want to save money !

University of Northern Colorado students wont find lower prices on textbooks anywhere. Its better to pick up your order in-store than to have it shipped, since they hold it until all books have arrived. Go in the early morning to avoid lines!

Not only are their prices SOOO much better than anything in the campus bookstore (the fact that theyll beat any rental price on Amazon and Chegg is great too) but their customer service is unbeatable and FAST.

Took forever to get my books in. Once my book came in I no longer needed the access code. Was not aloud to return the access code (unused). Rude.
