I really like this place for the fact that the books are usually very cheap. There annual books by the bag sale is a great way to stock up on books for a cheap price and stay busy all year. The only reason that I am not giving it a five star review is that the prices are non negotiable and they would rather you walk away with no sales rather than knock off five bucks for trying to buy three of the most expensive books. I think since you are buying used, you should have the books be negotiable but otherwise this is a great store.

I absolutely love this bookstore. Besides the super-low prices, the books are usually in great condition. And the volunteers are very helpful and friendly. You will always find a book to buy when you stop in. There is usually a monthly sale of hardbacks written by certain authors, in addition to the Books-by-the-Bag Sale that goes on twice a year! They also accept donations of your old books. So keep the cycle going!

I always tend to call in first to see if they have the particular book Im looking for. Because they are a used book store, they have a lot of odds and ends so even if I didnt, Im sure Id be bound to find a gem or two. This place is just generally run by people who love books, and as a fellow book lover, it is appreciated. Keep up the good work.

A Private User

Twice a year they have wonderful sales where you pay one very low price for as many books as you can stuff in a bag (they even help you cram them in). Even during non-sale times they have good prices and an amazing selection. The shop is well organized and fun to browse.
