just disappointed with customer service! Its not the first time, we are all human, but this time for as small at it appears to be, its a big deal to me. If it takes 14-16 biz days to get an book ordered, dont say 7-14 days! Its totally unfair, and to only receive, "Im so sorry" when you call in is a lousy excuse. Its one of those occasions when you want to support the Christian establishment, but tell the truth, people are depending on your professional knowledge when they are spending their money and supporting the store. Dont make people believe you have their best interest at heart and just tell them anything. Its not fair and it leaves a dissatisfied customer who wants to put their terrible experiences on the web for the world! Pray for me and for this store to do a better job.

Great coustomer service ! Amanda was very helpful! I have been to this store a couple months ago and i just went back recently and you can definitely see a change! Especially with the new manger you can tell she is really passionate about her job. Great workers, great experience, great people, and a great atmosphere . Thank you family christian !

I have gone to a few different family christian bookstores, but this one was taking a while to get checked out and wasnt as easy to find what I wanted. It was a busy night so I would like to check it out again and see if it is better.

These guys are great. The service is awesome (Thanks Matthias) and if they dont have something in stock they will do everything they can to get it for you. Unfortunately it is getting harder all the time to find these stores.
