Get ready to deal with an old hag when you come here, and dont be in a hurry, shes the only worker. When I went to check out tonight, I got into a line with a couple people in front of me and a couple people got in line behind me. We were all waiting for the 1 employee to come in from her smoke break or whatever she was doing. There was one lady waiting directly at the register, obviously the first one to get helped but not to Ms. Hag. The hag decides to ignore her and ask who she can help, this left all of us in line awkwardly looking at the lady she should have just known to help. This lady wanted to purchase Rosetta Stone, a pretty expensive program ($200-300). The hag obviously doesnt know anything about these products and so gets frustrated with the nice lady she is helping. Hag then decides to tell this lady to go wait at customer service where she will eventually go to, hag then rolls her eyes mutters something to the next customer in line and then doesnt understand why this lady decides to walk out. Then while those next people are getting rung up, the hag is just talking at them (at, not with) about the the lady who she just pissed off. Rude. We just left so we could still manage a good night with as little of the hag as possible.

I usually order books online, but this is a nice store to browse. Magazine section is awesome. Staff sometimes seems busy, too busy, but once they can get to you, they are helpful. Starbucks coffee/pastry bar inside is cool and nice place to read your selection. I dont know what the store policies are, but they would not carry paperback by one of our local authors.

Literally everything you can get cheaper on Amazon. Invest in Amazon prime and youll save loads and get free 2 day shipping. The worst part though is the play area. Im 27 and theyve had this thing here since I was I was child! Its gotta be at least 20 years old and they clearly DO NOT maintain or clean this thing. Its disgusting and falling apart.

It is so comfortable. Love the fact you can plop down on the floor to look at books on the lower level and get lost reading all the jackets. Being able to feel relaxed results in multiple purchases. You cant get that feeling buying online!

Love coming to the Pueblo Barnes and Noble. Ive bought a Nook and enjoy going in and looking at the books to get ideas for what books Id like to buy from the Nook Bookstore. Wonderful staff and great service.

Good off Highway location. Good selection of books including discounted ones. Cafe tucked in the back of store plenty of room. Workers Pleasant. Definitely more of a laid-back location..
