Every time I come to this god forsaken store, the people there are always so rude. The past 3 semesters I have attempted to locate a book for myself that is a Texas Tech student, and they initially seem gracious to help, but I question about a book for my siblings that go to South Plains to see if they have a book, they seem to sound displeased or disgruntled to help. They are belligerent and very upsetting 1/10, do not recommend. would not bang.

Dont even bother going on campus, online or God forbid, Varsity bookstore. This place price matches and the customer service is phenomenal. I wish I found this store freshman year. I would buy from this family owned bookstore any day.
