I have frequented this particular Radio Shack an exceptional number of times, and am pleased to find the service available to be smaragdine. I have witnessed the employees here linger far beyond the hour of close to ensure a customer is assisted with the utmost care and respect. I understand that this site had, in the past, been a source of malcontent and disdain for many, yet the current staff seems to have truly ameliorated the reputation of the store and formed it into something new and appealing. I will continue to purchase my necessary equipment from this Radio Shack, as they have never provided me with any reason to cease.

After selecting a couple small items I went to the register to purchase them, but the only employee was helping a disgruntled customer with a phone bill issue. It was like I was invisible. I can understand that it may take a moment or so to come to a natural stopping point before helping me, but I waited for at least 10 min. Eventually another employee materialized from the backroom and helped me. No wonder these guys are dropping like flies, Terrible customer service!

Radioshacks helpfulness has always been hit or miss for me, but this Radioshack has gone above and beyond! They spent as long as I needed, helping me learn the features of a new phone that they gave new for free!
