The manager of this store was probably the rudest and most unhelpful employee Ive ever had to deal with. I simply wanted to return a product that I had purchased just over a week prior, in its original packaging with a receipt. Apparently, this was the most unreasonable request that I couldve possibly made. He was extremely rude, informing me numerous times that "we dont do rentals" and how my attempt to return it was "immoral". I have no idea what morality has to do with returning a product, but he was unbelievably condescending and unreasonable. I kept asking what their return policy was, but he kept dodging my question and continuing on his morality rant. Finally I was able to return the product and got a full refund at a different store, after being informed that undamaged products can be returned within 30 days! I couldnt believe that the manager of this store was essentially instituting his own return policy that was against Radioshacks company policy. I wont be spending another cent at any Radioshack, especially not this one. Go to Best Buy or Microcenter and avoid this place at all costs!

Closed. If youre looking for electronics parts and little doo-hickies to fix stuff, theres a place on Golden Rd that sells them. Plus, the place on Golden Road has smart and knowledgeable guys who will help you get what you need to fix your stuff with little electronic doo-hickies. Kind of like Radio Shack used to be before they got all corporate /cheaptarded, and laid off the cool smart guys who worked there. This place on Golden Rd is filling the void. Caveat : I havent been there yet. Im waiting for my DH to take me, and hes waiting till hes in the mood for a breakfast burrito from Bonfire Burritos (nearby and incredibly delicious! ) Will update soon and best of luck with your stuff that needs fixing!

I just had two GREAT experiences with this store. First, I needed an HDMI a/b switch, Doug helped me find the most affordable option for what I needed, ordered it to the store, and had it delivered for me to come pick up within 2 days. He also helped me save money on some clearance items which he didnt have to do. Then, I needed a cell-signal booster since our new house must be right between towers. I called the store and Abbey was super helpful and friendly. She even offered options that my phone carrier might offer, and gave details on all the products they had in their store to help me find what I needed. Great service. Thank you!

Their salesperson, Patrick, is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Although we are OEM manufacturers, we have purchased a fair amount of components from Radio Shack over the years. I was sorry to see them close the stores nearest to me, leaving this one now the closest. I have known the manager there, Doug, for many years, and will be sure to let him know about the lame customer service his employee Patrick is giving to his customers. (Doug himself is great!) Frankly, I wouldnt think RS could afford much of this kind of thing nowadays.

I have been using this store for over a decade, and while these smaller retailers are fast being outpaced by big box stores I prefer to go here for advice and easy in/out! There is a salesman by the name of Doug who is AWESOME- he always helps me solve tech problems, never tries to upsell me, and is unfailingly patient and a good low key salesman. Another lady is also very helpful, I dont know her name. I havent used the Sprint tech there but I will, soon!

went in there to buy a prepaid ell phone. they kept hounding me for my phone number, and said it was required to finish the transaction. well, if i am buying a phone, perhaps i dont have a number? i also just consider this BS as they ask for your number regardless of what you buy, batteries, , random connectors, whatever.. this store was horrible, and ill never go back.

The manager Doug was only interested in aggressively up selling and became very demeaning, rude, and condescending when I made it clear I was only in need of one product and was in a hurry. Do not give this jerk your business. Not sure how he still has a job.

Was told I could not exchange brand new, unopened, radio shack brand adapters that I purchased a few hours before for the correct ones. No wonder this place is going out of business.

The Mgr. Doug was very helpful. Showed me that I didnt need an adaptor that I was looking to buy. I was very pleased.

Pretty good, but no carbon-freezing facilities. You have failed me for the last time, Radio Shack!
