So I opened a new account after returning a tv that should have cost less. Then on the new account I was not able to log in and pay online and on top of that my grandfather past away the same weeks I had opened the accout so I was not all there and did not have time. I called them said sory I am late but can I pay the pat week. So now I am 9 days late and I have to pay 2 weeks and I only have one weeks worth. Their responce is, "sorry you have to pay or we will pick them up then you can get them back when you pay us". What kind of non sence is that? Why not just give me 3 days like I asked and then I will be caught up? But of course, they dont seem to care. Please, if you are going to buy furniture go else where. Try Loan Star, which is were I got my bedroom and table from. Which where I will be getting my new sofas from!!!

Worst customer service from Crystal really rude and doesnt help at all. Very disappointed because my family has been with Rent A Center for over 10 years

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! I will never go back there again. Very unprofessional. Im surprised theyre in business.
