I used to like this store, but, theyve become difficult to work with and they do not follow their own policies. I brought in a price from Amazon for two items. They refused to match the price, although they claim to do this, because it was a third party seller. Im not sure if they know this or not, but the majority of products sold on Amazon are from a third party seller. When I buy from Amazone Im still paying Amazon - not the third party seller (with an Amazon credit card) and getting Amazon perks (via prime membership). But, for $35, they wouldnt do it. So, Im done with Best Buy. I urge all of you to stop shopping there, other than, maybe, looking at products in their store that you can buy online for the same price (or better, usually) somewhere else, most likely online. This Longmont store, and their managers seem worse then other Best Buy stores as well. Its a shame. I will now be purchasing everything from their competitors because some manager with no foresight, lost a high dollar (elite plus member for years)... forever. Good bye Best Buy, I cant say it was nice knowin ya.... P.S. Im shorting your stock.

Is this store even an official Best Buy store? I tried to purchase a DVD that was selling for 10 dollars on the price tag. When I took it to the cashier, they tried to charge me 29 dollars for the blu ray special edition. It was only the DVD. So I took it back. The following week, I was looking for a case for my phone, the Galaxy 2. When there were none on shelves, an associate said he would go find me one. I waited and waited. He never came back. I must have been waiting for 20 minutes. I never saw him again. Did he go home? My last visit, yesterday, I went to the games section to find a PC game. An associate asked me if I needed help. I told him no. He said "I suggest you buy X-Box games. The console is more stable than a computer." I told him that Ive been a PC gamer for years and have a really great PC. I only play PC. He then said "Ok grandpa, have it your way. Youll have to switch to consoles anyway when the PC is phased out. Fanboys will cry." I have never been berated like that before. I will NEVER return to this store.

So I purchased a alpine radio and 2 sets of alpine speakers the sales man told me how much better they would be if I added a amplifier. So I also got a alpine amp. Went to pay got there and then they kept asking why I didnt want them to install the equipment and I told them numerous times I could do it my self. They told me that a certified mecp installer was going to perform the install. So for another $240.00 I let them install it. After a day and a half I got my truck back worst sounding system I have ever heard. Took it back to the mecp certified geek 3 times all they kept telling me was it needs adjustment so 3 times was not a charm. Took it to another install shop they found that all wires from the amp to the speakers were crossed the positive wires were on the negative terminals and the negative wires were on the positives witch in turn ohms the amplifier differently causing the horrible sound. So be geek aware!!! Not happy and no absolutely no refund not even a portion for there wrong install!!!!

I will no longer be shopping at this location. I purchased an open box dishwasher that the salesman assured me had never been used and was in perfect working order. When I tried to install it I found that the base was cracked and it had water in it which spilled out onto my brand new hardwood floor. When I brought this to the stores attention, they told me I would have to pay them $70 to have someone come pick it up so I could get a refund. When I got upset about this, the store manager told me I was throwing a fit to get my way. I called bestbuy customer service where they agreed that the manager was wrong and needed to fix the issue. A few hours later I got a call from someone in the store, not the manager, telling me when they would come get the dishwasher instead of asking when I would be home. This lady also told me 3 times that the manager would wave the fee as if he was doing me a favor. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a bestbuy store.

I bought a sterio and speakers at this best buy, and I paid 150 to have them professionally install it. Once I leave after my install I notice only my front speakers play and not the back, then once I hit a bump in the road my whole center console poped apart because they didnt put any of the dash screws back in. once I got my car home I started looking closer at the install and noticed all 4 speakers I had installed were only held in with 2 screws instead of 4 like they should have been so all of them rattled. To top it off all of the speakers were mounted in totally crooked and looked terrible.. At that point I decided to completely redo all of their work rather than bringing it back because I dont want my car to get messed up any more. I called the store and told a manager that I had to redo all of their work and he wouldnt even offer to accommodate me for any of the 150 I paid for the terrible install I had to completely redo

Always excellent customer service every time I shop there. I just checked the website to see what time they open today when I saw the poor reviews that were the oppose if my experiences I had to say timeout. I needed to purchase a Kindle cover and the fellow who worked their help me go over all of the pro and cons of each cover they sold and was very diligent in making sure he answered all of my questions. Purchased a new phone in December. again the sale rep wanted to be sure all of my questions were answered and to come back if I needed help. I did need help because I could not download my address book off my i-pad which was a bit more complicated (it took an hour). Toby could not be more helpful. I also lost my charger for the Kindle and they let me charge it at the store. The sales reps always seem to have time for their customers even during the crazy holidays.

To me, this is one of the better Best Buys in the area. The store has gone through several upgrades in its layouts and appearance and is now very well organized. The store also seems to stay better up to date with the new gadgets and technologies on the market. The staff, although sometimes overbearing with the constant asking if I need help every time one passes by is very helpful and knowledgeable when actually queried. Customer Service is very friendly and able to solve issues effectively. The store itself is usually mostly clean and well stocked and often rarely find empty shelves or unable to find what im looking for. There are no unusual odors and the bathrooms are typically cleaned very well. During the black friday events or other large holidays the store seems to prepare fairly well and has adequate staff on hand for assistance.
