I BASICALLY ONLY HAVE GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE CONIFER STAPLES STORE. ACTUALLY, THE MOST INTERESTING AND MONEY SAVING FACT THAT "ACCIDENTALLY" I FOUND OUT JUST TODAY IS THAT WHATEVER ITEM(S) YOU ARE BUYING.....YOU CAN REQUEST THAT THEY DO AN INTERNET SEARCH FOR "ALL" ...YES, I SAID, ALL COMPARABLE ITEMS. THEY WILL GO ON LINE AND DO A QUICK INTERNET SEARCH AND MATCH THE CHEAPEST PRICE OF JUST ABOUT ANY SUPPLIER. FOR EXAMPLE, I WANTED TO BUY A DOUBLE PACK OF 16GB MEMORY CARDS FOR MY CAMERA. STAPLES WANTED $25 FOR THEM....AMAZON, HOWEVER, WANTED ONLY $15 FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM. MUCH TO MY DELIGHT I SAVED $10 AND IMMEDIATELY HAD THE ITEM AND DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO COME IN THE MAIL. THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU MUST ASK THEM TO DO A QUICK INTERNET SEARCH FOR THE BEST PRICE OF ITEMS...THEY USUALLY DONT OFFER TO DO THE SEARCH FOR YOU. I HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY WOULD DO A QUICK SEARCH FOR YOU. GREAT NEWS AND SAVINGS FOR THE CONSUMER. IT WOULD BE WISE TO DO A SEARCH ON YOUR OWN IN CASE THEY ARE REALLY BUSY AND YOU MIGHT MAKE THE OTHER SHOPPERS HAVE TO WAIT. GOOD SHOPPING MOUNTAIN PEOPLE.

I rarely write reviews but I have experienced such incredible service that I am compelled to so here. There is absolutely nothing that the people in this store wont do to see that their customers get the best possible service and the highest quality products. Over and over the employees of this store knock themselves out to that the customer leaves with a smile on their face. Store manager Jeremy is a hard working man of high integrity who goes overboard in seeing that the customers needs are met. I have to thank Sarah, Sandy, Jessica, Teresa, Kalob, and the entire staff in the print department. Thanks especially to Jeremy who has been over-the-top fair to me anytime I have had dealings with this 5-star business.

Im amazed at how helpful and considerate the employees and managers have been to me at this Staples location. They bend over backwards to make things right if theres ever a mistake. As long as theyre up here, they have my business. Oh, and a big props to the manager Jeremy, who has always gone the extra mile to help me out.

I had a non-delivery issue by the loser courier service (On Trac) that they use. Jeremy, a manager at the Conifer store secured my product in-store and held it for me. If you have any kind of issue, call Jeremy.
