It was such a dreadful experience I cannot believe it. So I went in to look for some large Band-Aids, and noticed there was none stalked, now its happened here before that something was not stalked for several weeks so I merely asked the woman there if she could possibly let me know if she was going to stalk more if theyd be on a later shipment. She snapped at me telling me "They ARE NOT COMING BACK IN! If they were in theyd be there" I asked if she could possibly check in the back just to make sure and she said "No" So I went to customer service and asked if they could look it up for me just to see maybe if there was any in the back or should I just check back. She snapped at me as well demanding to know the item number and when I politely said I didnt know it she said "Well I cannot even look them up without it you shouldve known that" I have never worked for the company so I do not know how they did things. I was taken aback and asked a manager and all he did was look where they were suppose to be say there was none there and said "We dont carry them anymore" The girl was still in the aisle and said "I TOLD her that!" A few days later I saw them right where they were suppose to be about 20 boxes. I went up to that manager and told him and than he looked panicked and sprinted away from me. Im a PCP I do not shop there for me ever. I wouldnt waste my money in this place!

In general, I do like Target as a store, which is why I continue to deal with the HORRIBLE staff and store at Hover and Nelson in Longmont. Although there are a few decent employees who seem to not hate their job or the human race in general, they are few and far between. The training apparently does not contain anything about customer service. The floor "managers" consist of a group of young women who seem to think that they are better than anyone else. Every single one of those girls are rude, condescending and rarely deal with anything seriously. They will stand there chatting when the lines are building up instead of getting back up. My last visit there, one of these "managers" yelled at a worker in front of me for being a few minutes past the end of her shift. She literally made a scene and scared the employee in front of me and a few other people waiting to be helped. It was completely out of hand. I wish that I would have gotten the girls name, but I was so angry at that point, that I just left. Love the Target store, but not the staff. This has been going on for years and corporate needs to get involved quickly because the manager of this actual store clearly doesnt care.

I went to this store yesterday, bought 2 sale items which didnt register the sale price when I paid for them, realized I was charged full price, then had to go to the service desk for a refund. :( Then I realized the other item didnt register either after I had left the service desk, went back for a refund and was told it was buy one get one 1/2 price, not 50% off. So, I walked back to the isle where the sign was, sure enough it said 50% off, took a picture of it, back to the service desk, only to be told that was only for the scarves in one little section!!!!!! Nothing was labeled clearly! I think the older lady at the service desk yesterday was mistaken and just didnt want to give the discount!! She wanted to be RIGHT, not take care of the customer, and I STILL think she WAS WRONG!! The sign said 50% off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DUH!!!!!!!!! Normally I have never had many problems in Target, but this employee made it bad. :(

I just walked into the store (7:15p local time) for the second time this week to make a deli purchase. I was informed they were closed a couple of days ago when I went to make a purchase, so went in earlier today. When I asked the same lady who informed me that they were closed a few days ago, if they were closed, she said "yah"...to which I asked, "what are your hours?" Her response? No joke... "It fluctuates...sometimes 7:00, sometimes 7:30..." I honestly couldnt believe it. What modern-day stores dont have their hours posted? This is absolutely rediculous. I work days and have very little time to grocery shop. If you visit this store and want to make a deli purchase, just be aware that they may or may not be open when you want to make a purchase....since their hours of operation "fluctuates." Unreal.

The staff is just not ok with tone and patience. Customer service is not priority. The checkouts are understaffed and the self checkout has long lines as well. There are some young adults working that are amazing and amazing to my children. There are other ladies in their 50s or so working mostly customer service, of all places, and in the self checkout lanes. These older ladies need to work on their tone and expressions. Consistently I see them eye rolling or just plain barking at customers. Why do you work retail? Target is usually amazing but this location needs help, big time. Id rather drive to Broomfield or the Orchards before having to encounter these women. They ruin my day anytime I unfortunately have to speak to one of them.

As far as Targets go, this is one of the cleanest ones, and best stocked I have been in. Really hasnt been too many times when I went to a section and saw it empty from not being restocked. It also tends to be up to date with the latest toys and gadgets that have recently came out following movies or TV. The food section is also very nice and always maintained well with anything you could want. The fresh food and deli are my favorites with a lot of choices for meals on the go giving a great variety. As far as the staff goes, I would say its what I have come to expect from a large retail store. There is good and bad employees, but majority of the time I have no issues and get friendly service.

Went in to purchase an item off the website, which was confirmed by the website to be available in store. It was not. Teenager couldnt tell me where to get it, just shrugged. Found it cheaper on Amazon anyway. I decided to try on some jeans since I was there, Im always looking for good jeans. They had sizes 0-8 and plus sizes, nothing in the average sizes, 12/14 with less than a 32 inch inseam. Because we all weigh 120 pounds and are at least 56" yeaaah...

The Target in Longmont is great. I can grab a coffee at the Starbucks before getting shopping done. The baby and kids departments usually have good sales and are clean/easy to navigate. They always have our daughters diapers in stock and usually on sale (Target up and up brand). If you have a craving for Coldstone, dont rely on the one inside the store to be open. Its hours of operation seem sporadic.

Target, you know I will always come back to you. Where else can I get trendy pillows and aloe toilet paper in one stop? But please stop asking me if I want a Red Card. Or at least dont make the nice employee overseeing the self-checkout hassle people about getting a Red Card while we check out by ourselves. Also, this location has terrible access points and people get real angry in that parking lot.
