Came here to make one copy off a USB. The print center had a sign that said to ask any associate for help. I asked the three associates available, who all looked to be about 14, if they could help. They all told me the print center was closed and they didnt know how to operate anything there. Seriously? You dont know how to plug a USB into a printer and make one 12 cent copy? They directed me to the "self service center" - two copiers where you already needed a hard copy to make copies. Very helpful. The place was empty other than me so guessing between the lack of service and business that this place wont be open much longer, and they dont deserve to be.

I called the store looking for a specific item. Their employee, M. Kirby, handled my request with the upmost professionalism. He not only priced the items for $30 less (per item-price match) than their advertised price, but pulled them aside for me and called me to confirm when they were ready. This is an outstanding employee who knows what customer service is! Great job M. Kirby! Because of your efforts, I will be a lifetime customer of Office Depot, as will the company I work for. Office Depot should be applauded for the simplicity of their price match policy and the efforts their employees make to keep their customers happy.
