We bought a bedroom set for $4000 believing it was of good quality. But to my surprise it was like pulling a prize out of a cracker jack box. The furniture wasnt real wood it was mixed with some kind of resin. The paint chips off for any reason like a nail polish on a womans nails. The drawers drag and scratch the bottom of dresser, chest, night stands and tv stand. You actually cant put clothes in them because the drawers fall and get stuck constantly. This type of furniture is only good to use as floor sample not for actual use. If you decide to use it youll be surprised what you paid for what you got. Extremely poor quality manufactured furniture. The name of this furniture store is what IT is!! Only the name because they still sell cheap Ass manufactured furniture for high end prices. At this rate of high prices for cheap furniture , I wont be surprised they will be out of business pretty soon. Im hoping SOON!!!! Im so so sad that Regis Bernard went out of business because they had better quality furniture at reasonable prices. Good luck on buying furniture. Keep away from NEW DEAL FURNITURE STORE.

Horrible Customer Service.. The buying experience and delivery experience was great. Ruben helped me purchase a very nice leather flex steel sectional couch, with an EXTENDED WARRANTY and personally helped deliver and assemble it at my place. After coming back from Afghanistan my couch was covered in dust from storage. My warranty was supposed to cover that. However the company the warranty is through required the invoice number from the purchase and the company is completely automated... Of course the store doesn t keep records and they don t have it.... Absolutely Worthless... Wasted money all down the drain and they didn t even offer to help.. Yea i got it i should keep a copy of the invoice but really???? you would think the store would have some kinda records. I will never shop or refer business there again.

Stay clear from Jerry the salesman. He lies when he sells. When you ask him about his lies, he simply says well you must have misunderstood, dont buy it then... We purchased a living room and a bedroom set. The bedroom set, he told us everything was included (headboard, rails, nightstand, chest, dresser, and mirror). When we signed off on the invoice we didnt notice the chest was not included. When we picked up the furniture and were home (its all boxed up) is when we noticed. I called him and again he said, you misunderstood, Im not going to argue bring it back if you dont want it. He constantly promised things that were not so. If for whatever reason you do choose Jerry, be careful to what he says and what your invoiced for. To me personally, thats bad and shady customer service.

Good experience overall. But when it came time to utilize the warranty I purchased, attitudes changed. Ive had a claim in for almost a year to repair a recliner on my couch and New Deal has been dodging the company that handles the claims. Almost a year of headaches for warranty I purchased ro only find out the parts have been discontinued. Yet they had no reason as to why myself or the claims company werent told, it just sat on someones desk till I started calling twice a week. They will sell you the furniture and warranty with a smile but will give no assistance when it is time to fix your furniture. Shop anywhere else and save yourself the headaches....

Do not buy here if you value customer service!! My family went in on a Friday and were told they would hold a love seat until 11 am Saturday when I was off. We got there and purchased the item, receipt given and all. They told us to pick up our van and come back and pick it up. When we got back (20 mile round trip) we were informed the salesman sold it from under us. We talked to the manager and he very cowardly told us the salesman was wrong and we would not get the loveseat. Not even a hint of interest in rectifying the situation. Do not buy here!!

On Aug 2nd I bought a bed room set for my 8 year old girl..... after two months still no call!! Finally after almost 3 months Ms. Porch finally calls and tells me to pick up my order... so when I get to there warehouse they tell me half the bed is here and that I had to wait even longer!!!! Wow this place s****!!! So disappointed! !!!!!

My experience met or perhaps exceeded my expectations. Salesperson Manny was helpful, informed, and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need or couldnt afford. We got decent (you sometimes get what you pay for, but never what you dont) furniture, at a price we could afford, delivered promptly from their in-town warehouse.
