Dear Mr. Pate, Your mother actually saw two doctors at our office and was borderline for passing the DMV requirements both times. We did not refuse her license but required that she take a road test to prove she could drive safely. We dont set the requirements but we do have to follow the law. If she performed better at another office Im glad for her. All people have to share the road as do our children and even though it is inconvenient we do have to think of whats best for everyone. We provided your mother with an honest diagnosis and recommended what we thought was in her best interest. We never filed anything separate with the DMV about your mother. No such form exists as CO is a non-mandatory reporting state. My office has invited your mother to return the glasses for a full refund several times. I even sent a certified letter to her home which she refused to sign for. If she is unhappy with the glasses she is welcome to a full refund however she does need to bring the merchandise back.We are like any other store in this manner. Just like you cant go to Target demanding a refund for the shirt youre wearing, you cant ask for a refund on glasses you dont want to return. Your mother has NEVER spoken to me about her glasses. The only communication Ive had with her was a letter from her stating she wanted a refund for an item she didnt return. Perhaps instead of writing a review for an office and a person youve never met you can help your mother return the glasses so she is able to get a refund. Once again I welcome her to communicate with us and obtain a refund if she is dissatisfied.

DO NOT GO HERE! My 70 year old mother went in to get an eye exam as required by the DMV. Dr Heather Adler told her, falsely, that she has cataracts and will have to get surgery before Dr Adler will sign off on her DMV authorization. Dr Adler filed an incident report which blocked my mother from getting her license. Dr Adler also determined she needs glasses, which my mother bought, and the glasses have her double vision...Dr Adler told her, "they take time to get used to" ...DUH! After 7 weeks and a second opinion, the State Supervisor had to step in. She was treated excellent by Dr Gene Johnson, go to him! (I dont know where his office is located)

I went For contacts a year ago, i Told them that there contact were bugging me. and they insisted that the first sample they gave me was the one i needed.. after going 2 times and telling them i didnt like the sample they refused saying i just needed eye drops.. 2 different kinds of eye drops and i still didnt like the contact they would irritate my eye site so much i would pop them out with the extreme eye rubbing i would have. extremely uncomfortable they kept calling insisting i needed to order 1 year supply they ordered it collected formMy insurance and still sitting in a drawer after 1 yea... I wasnt happy with this place at ALLLLLL..

Not recommended at all. I have never had so many problems between a store and the insurance coverage. They dont know how to handle the conversations with your insurance. Youll spend countless hours in the phone to get your money back. The service is not great either and the prices are at least 50% higher than in other places. Avoid this place as much as you can.

Do not go here! I had a problem with my glasses but they had never told me it could be a problem. I wanted an exchange but they told me I cant get my refund back on the poly lenses. I told them I wanted a refund but its been 2 months and I still dont get my money back yet! I wish I never went here!

I have to agree with the other comments that have been left here. No problem with the optometrist, but the whole office staff could use a lesson (or two or three) in customer service. One hour service? More like ten days. I wont go back, thats for sure.

Sometimes they are busy due to their small store I have had good service with them I am very picky and hard to make my mind up they gave me space I have been going their for 3 years. Better service than the store around the corner on the corner.

I was, trying to get my eye glasses from this store and were so bad on customer service, I have waited for a week, and ask onther week to wait. I just let you do not reffer to any one to this office,.doesnt pay much attention to your eyes Health.
