My wife stopped by on a Sat. morning to pick up her new glasses and they didnt fit correctly. The younger guy behind the counter laid that glass on the display case as told her they were fine and there was nothing he could do. I had my wife show me why they didnt fit correctly, and notice the frame needed to be bent slightly in order for them to fit. I took my pliers, bent the ear piece. In less the 3 minutes I fixed her glasses. Poor customer service, and we will not be back.

I called and asked about repairing my glasses, asked if they were busy. I went into the store and immediately received assistance. My glasses were repaired and I was out the door in 15 minutes. This is a great example of small business at its finest! Experts in their field with a convenient location and top notch selection and service! I highly recommend!

Got my daughters glasses and the frame cracked while he was adjusting them and then after the new frame was ordered someone else came and picked up her frame and they are saying that it was us when it wasnt. Unnecessary hassle, do not go here.
