Vision Institute has given me something back I havent had for many years, CLEAR VISION! I was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration by the Veterans Admin. eye doctors and was allowed to chose a local specialist due to the lack of any nearby VA specialist. My wife is a patient at Vision Institute and after seeing what they have done for her, I gladly chose them for their quality of care and experience. The Doctors are tops in their fields and always on top of the latest technologies in regards to eye care and repair. The staff is courteous, friendly and always there to answer questions or help in any way needed. Their new facilities are bright, comfortable and patient/guest friendly. Both the Doctors and Staff will always explain situations, diagnoses or procedures in terms that you can understand. Any questions, theyll answer, no answer, theyll go out of their way to find it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISION INSTITUTE to any and all for all their eye care needs. I will always trust VISION INSTITUTE with my eyes and you can TOO!!!!

I saw Dr. Davis for an emergency eye appointment last month and was thrilled with the service I received. When I read the negative review written earlier this week (I was looking up VIs phone number on Goggle), I was very surprised. My experience at Vision Institute with the front desk staff, the optical assistants and Dr. Davis was, across the board, the best I have received from any eye doctors office in Colorado Springs or the other 5 cities I have lived in. I left that day and told my husband he should cancel an eye appointment that he had elsewhere for next month and should go to Vision Institute instead. I will be returning to Dr. Davis for all my followup appointments.

I was referred to them by a former employee who worked there for several years and was told "theyre the best!". It was by far the best experience Ive ever had in any medical practice. They have a very organized office and have procedures in place that move you through the eye exams quickly with well trained techs. They are courteous, professional, friendly and welcoming. While there I observed the staff interact with one another in a very cheerful pleasant manner, an indication to me that they enjoyed their jobs and were treated well by management, which of course is a good indication as to how the patient will be treated. I highly recommend them!

Ive been a patient for nearly 20 years and I believe Vision Institute is a complete eye health and vision care practice. Even through a brand/name change, new doctors and an occasional schedule glitch, they are a very competent, caring and cordial group. I request the first appointment of the day when I go. I am usually the youngest patient in the queue. They get backed up but I know that I will get my time with the technicians and doctors when its my turn. And I know that when I take my 87-year-old mother, she will get the time and care she needs. Take something to do while in the waiting area if youre not the 8am appointment.

I hated going here, and I dont say "hate" very often. The staff were friendly and helpful, (as they should be) but after several visits, and its a 3 hour round trip from my home, I began to see the big picture. Its the doctors. They over book patients to the point of crazy. After the third appointment I went to and upon checking in was told Id have a 45 minute wait, I had had enough. It felt like a cattle barn, assembly line style surgery en masse. I wont go back. Additionally, I had some duct implants for dry eye. The current eye doc said he could not see anything there.

Im on Medicaid which is why I was referred to the Institute. After charging me extra for a contact lens exam (that was covered by Medicaid) they tried to charge me $400 for the contacts. My previous eye doctor had since signed up with Medicaid (who has nothing to do with the actual lens supply) charged me $60 per lens. I gave the Institute the previous doctors contact information to update their supplier. Hopefully they have corrected this issue. Needless to say I wont go back to the Institute.

DO NOT have any dealings with this company. My 85 year old grandmother bought hearing aids from them ($2800.00). She was in the process of getting the hearing aids fitted and adjusted. The Dr. said it would take up to a month. In that month time frame the office changed names and the Dr. quit. They will do nothing for my grandmother and now she is stuck paying for hearing aids that do not work properly. How can they stay in business and just change their name and be forgiven of all.

I went there. I found them amazing. Dr. Reece and his staff; especially, Miss. Helen are so great, professional and very friendly. I was so happy there. I felt, I am among my close friends and family members. Dr. Reece treated my eyes very well. After just one day, I see the big positive impact. Best Wishes, Habib and his friends,

St Lukes is now under new management and has changed doctors. The wait time is much better and we are much happier with the thorough medical care provided including taking time to answer questions and explain the problems found.
