First off, the exam was very thorough but when it came time to purchase glasses the price was outrageous. They were trying to charge me upward of 900.00 with my insurance for progressive lenses. Of course I decided to shop around. Found the same lenses for 600.00 cheaper and were ready to purchase when we found out that this horrible establishment had already pre-authorized my insurance for glasses leaving us unable to purchase glasses for 30 days. If you dont know how to run your business maybe you should work at a fast food place. Went to Pearle vision because I thought they were a reputable company but I was so wrong. Do not go to these ripoffs. Very disappointing
