Horrible custom service. I made and appointment and made my $50 dollar deposit for a tattoo.. I had wanted to do something different then what I had orginally showed James and told him the very same day I made my appointment not even an a couple hours later, he said he would talk to his boss and see would he could do I text to ask him what happen but did not get back to me AT ALL. I showed up the day of my appointment and he told me that I could not change what I wanted because he had already drew up one but failed to show me when I asked to see the work that I payed for! He said if I wanted something different then I would have to make another payment and appointment for anything else! He even accused me of canceling my appointment when I clear stated (the day I made my appointment) I did not want the one I showed but a different tattoo but have my appointment and deposit used towards that. All I can say is VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. If anything I would recommend Charlie at Mile High Tattoo, I have two tattoos from them and never NEVER had any trouble with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Tried to get a simple tattoo with Steve. Paid my deposit, paid my babysitter, drove out of my way, showed up at my scheduled time, waited and waited. Was told he was next door by many of his co-workers and then after waiting a half an hour, was told he had an emergency and they told me he would call me back to reschedule. After I left, I noticed next door was a bar. I am only to assume that he was drinking before a scheduled job. That didnt sit will with me. I tried contacting him several times (left name and number with three different staff members telling me he would call back) to reschedule and, after two weeks, never got a phone call back nor an email. Basically, Steve just robbed me. Took my deposit and ran. The facility was in wonderful condition and looked clean. The other staff was very friendly, however, I would tell anyone and everyone not to work with Steve - EVER!!! Waste of time, money, and effort!! If you want a great experience with wonderful communicative people, head over to Lady Luck in Aurora.

Krysten is absolutely wonderful! I had the DAITH piercing done (in Texas) in both ears about a month prior to seeing Krysten. I got this done because I heard that it could potentially help with migraines. I have suffered for 13 years with severe migraines. I had heard about Krysten from a friend at work .. so I called. Im not joking yall when I say that this woman completely went out of her way to accommodate me (being a stranger- never met) to help answer the questions and concerns I had about a possible infection. She was super caring, professional, efficient, sanitary with supplies, educated, and friendly. We ended up taking the piercings out - letting them heal and I went back to her to get them re pierced as I had immediate relief. I was very discouraged that I was going to have to get them re-done but do not regret the decision one bit. It was a bit painful, but I am happy to say that I have had no sign of infection/soreness or anything after SHE pierced them. Incredible work- VERY highly recommend.

Really disappointed with this place!!! I was visiting here for the weekend from Vegas. I stayed at Double Tree Hilton Hotel. Saw this tattoo shop, so decided to stop by. It was my first time getting a tattoo, this white chubby guy tatted my knuckles. He charged me $150 and took him about 20 25 minutes. Once he was done, at first I liked the tattoo, I even tipped him $10, but after 2-3 days the old skin started falling off and so did the ink inside my skin. Now Im back in Vegas its been barely 5 days and most of my tattoo is fading away, you can barely see what it says. Idk if the ink he used was dried up ink thats why it faded away or whatever it is he used, but its faded away. Really disappointed with this shop. I followed all the procedures, I applied that A&D on it keeping it moisturize for one week, I avoided swimming and whatever he told me. And the tattoo its almost completely gone. So disappointed with this guy! Now I have to go somewhere else in Vegas and get it retouched and pay more now.

I needed to do something rebellious in my old age *cough cough*. Krysten made the experience of piercing my nose seamless and with no discomfort! I suffer from severe anxiety, and I felt right at home at Electric Crayon. She made me feel very comfortable and she made it a truly enjoyable rebellious experience! Their facilities are impeccably clean and sterile, and they they really treat each customer with the utmost care as if youre really a friend or part of a family. I would recommend going here for any piercing! Krysten took the time to explain how to clean my piercing and let me know that if I had any problems or concerns to come back and they would help me. I couldnt be more happy with how it looks. Ive already gotten several compliments and my teenager absolutely hates it and thinks its totally embarrassing, so thats a bonus!

I made an appointment with Zachary and I needed to cancel my appointment. I didnt realized it needed 24 hours notice to cancel. I called and spoke with Zachary. he said he was booked until the 7th of June and that the would call me back to reschedule. I called several times and left messages. Zachary has ignored all my voice message and he cant even return calls. I think under the circumstance that I did call and didnt know was not aware of the 24 hours notice and showing a great deal of interest. Zachary is arrogant and rude and He think he was able to keep my deposit ( I notify my bank to cancel my purchase with that company. I had hernia surgery and cant take laying still for 2.5 hours and he was not sympathetic to my situation and just want me to know he was book solid.

The artists are just that, ARTISTS. The work delivered from the people at The Electric Crayon Tattoo is nothing short of brilliant, beautiful and amazing! A small group of multi talented individuals who take pride and passion in the tattoo art that you will receive in this shop. I recommend making an appointment and a consultation, as these guys book up for a reason. Johnny B. Is my artist, but the other artists are extraordinary as well! If you want a $25 tattoo or a "deal from a friend who tattoos in his uncles garage" This is not the place for you. In other words, you get what you pay for, so make a good decision when selecting a tattoo artist.

I got two different tattoos from Piper. He does amazing work and is super friendly. He helped work with me to find a design I was happy with. HOWEVER, I had an appointment set up after work one day and I showed up, only to find out he was sick and left. I live in the Springs, so its a two hour round trip drive for me. He didnt let me know he was leaving, I had to show up and waste that gas. Ive tried messaging him on Facebook, I left my number at the shop for him to call me and reschedule. Hes ignoring me.
