Got my last two tattoos done by Maria (she now works at Havana st tattoo) but Im still posting this here as well as their yelp page, since this is where I originally got the work done. I have 10 tats and have never had a single issue until she did them. My last two tats were in memory of my daughter. One was a ribbon and the other was a copy of one of her hello kitty drawings. I got them done a year apart. When I got the second one (hello kitty) she touched up the ribbon she did the previous year, without an additional charge. Its now been 7 months since she did the last one. I just reached out to her to set up an appointment and she tells me that "free touch ups are only good for 6m" well.... then why did she touch up the other one a year later without an issue? Now theres a "set up fee" which is the shop minimum. This is horrible customer service on top of bad service. Dont waste your time, money or skin!

My first impression was great and it was not a false one. The shop is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. I went in to have two of my old tattoos fixed. They were terrible, and have always been an embarrassment. I didnt think much could be done but some shading and touching up. I am amazed at how great they look now. Cheyenne brought these tattoos to life with genuine skill that far exceeded my expectations. I was satisfied with pricing as well. I will definitely be back. Thank you! =)

Inksylum is a great shop and Cheyenne is an amazing tattoo artist. I had 2 older tattoos that werent looking all that great and I thought theyd continue to be like that. Cheyenne evaluated them, came up with great ideas on how to improve them and now they look better than they ever did! His artistic eye and use of color are both particularly impressive to me. I wouldnt go anywhere else or to anyone else!

Went in for my first tattoo yesterday. What a great experience. Ian Cullen was my artist and he did a fantastic job. Great work, kept me comfortable throughout the process, explaining what he was doing, and then told me how to properly care for my new tattoo as it heals. Im steady looking forward to my next tattoo!

Super cool staff. I went in with a fairly simplistic skull and cross bones idea and the guy that did my tattoo (Ian) turned it into easily the best tattoo Ive gotten. Amazing work, fun to talk to all of them and will be back for more next time Im in Aurora.
