For my first tattoo...I had no idea where to begin. I looked up Dirks work and reviews and decided I would start there. He didnt laugh at me when I came in and said....can you design a tattoo for me if I dont know what I want? He talked with me about what I wanted to represent and where I wanted it...then made me do some homework to find images of style and subjects I like. I came with them a few days later and he put his magic to work. I was very nervous about design because I wanted it in a very visible location. His design was perfect and he was very accommodating to my needs. He did spend time asking about me and my family and really brought me into his design. At my appointment to make it permanent, he was fun to talk with, very energetic and sympathetic. He walked me through the whole process and really demonstrated his passion and talent throughout. I feel like Ive known him forever...and would recommend him and his team to anyone who wants creative, artistic , beautiful art WITH amazing customer service. His team was inviting and fun to talk with and certainly tried to take my mind off the pain. If I get 100 tattoos or only have this 1 I will never go outside of Dirks expertise. He also helped me with placement and keeping my design feminine yet bold. I love love love his work and his shop. You can see the teams personalities in their artwork and decor. Truly the home of individuals who enjoy what they do. Thank you Dirk!!!

I went in to this shop with the intent of getting a daith piercing. Not only did I get ignored because their service sucked and the 3 people there assumed that I was with the guy that had walked in before me even tho I was not standing by him and stood at the counter waiting for someone to talk to me. The shop was not filthy but did not look all that clean to me and did not give me a great vibe. The taxidermy hung on the wall gave me the creeps and the smell of stale smoke lingering off of the clothes and skin of the employees was a complete turn off. When someone finally figured out that I was not with the other guy they said I need to get a consult from the tattoo artist who was aloof and told the other guy (employee) that I could come back on Tuesday (this was a Sunday) to get it done as this was his day off and he did not have time to do it today. He could not even look at me to tell me. I guess I was grateful because I would not want him reeking of smoke over me while he pierced me. I wish I could do ZERO stars!

My experience at Epiphany Tattoo was to say the least, unexceptable. Im not the one to complain, but in this case I feel the need to warn others of what they may be getting into. To say the least, my artist did not take me seriously. He insisted he could do what I wanted, but when it came down to it, he always had an excuse of why it wouldnt work. Ive been doing my homework for years on this tattoo, and saw many pictures in professional magazines that showed similar tattoos to what I wanted, on the exact same body part. All it needed was some modification, time, love, and appreciation. I received none of that. I was just very dissapointed.

BEWARE!!! READ THE REVIEWS! DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCING OR TATTOOS!!! THE OWNER (what a joke) did an Ashley piercing incorrectly. And guess what? It was his first time! After the piercing was placed higher then usual (which I showed him pictures) he denied me showing him pictures of the piercing that he should have already known how to do (Clearly not a professional) or he didnt remember from the massive amount of weed he smokes! He declined correcting the piercing or giving money back. Very HORRIBLE customer service! There are tons of places to get piercing and tattoos. DONT GO HERE!

I had a pretty poor experience with getting a couple of piercings. Although pain comes with a new piercing, it was definitely higher than it shouldve been. & not to mention I had an unusual amount bleeding that wasnt even cleaned up after the fact. I had gotten in my car & blood was all along the side of my face & on the edges of my hair. A few days later, the pain was so significant & the brushing/swelling hadnt gone down that I had to take one of the piercings out. Do not recommend this place if considering a piercing.

I love this place! Gordon was so sweet and attentive, and I was in and out with no problems at all! The shop had a pleasant, friendly vibe, smelled amazing and all my nerves I had prior to walking in were gone! I have no idea why someone would say the shop was unclean or smelled like smoke, because that was definitely not the case! Beautiful selection of body jewelry, nice open shop, and affordable prices; what more could you ask for? I will definitely be back.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to get their next tattoo. I got a tattoo from German Fernandez, and I was amazed by every part of the experience. I had got a larger tattoo and he finished wuicker than I expected. The price was very reasonable. The best part is the amount of detail he was able to fit into the tattoo. If I decide to get another tattoo while in Colorado I am definitely going back here to get it.

Its nice and open and the artwork all around the shop just brings it to life! Couldnt have asked for a better artist and shop to get my tattoo from!

I just got my first tattoo here and it turned out great! German is the man and is a great artist. I walked in with my idea and he had the ink on my arm two hours later. Hes super easy to work with and is very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone and Ill definitely be back in the future.

Went in looking for realism, left with what looks like a 5 year old tried to color in the lines. And couldnt quite keep it in the lines. Or make it look like what was asked multiple times. Do not recommend! Will not do business with them again. And will get the "art" covered up...
