Went to Back Alley on Friday 09/26/14 with my daughter. Wanted to to get Mother/Daughter tattoos. The receptionist guy was rude and didnt have proper customer service etiquette, you never get rude and try to give a customer spanish lessons when they were comimg in for a freaking tattoo! If I butchered the name of the tattoo artist, that would be for the tattoo artist to correct me NOT YOU !! If you clearly knew whom I was referring too then you should have said " Mauro is not available right now, can I get your name and number and have him call you", instead you tried to give me a spanish lesson that was clearly unprofessional and then your rude manner was so not welcome. I provided you with my information and still have yet to receieve a call from the tattoo artist. its no problem, I will find another business/artist to provide the service we need. I will say that word of mouth travels fast and will not recommend this business to anyone of my family or friends. I know that all the artist arent the same and I did have the chance to meet Jessie and he was very nice and polite. Just a word of advice. If you are looking to maintain a high level business and Clientele, then the first line of communication is the RECEPTIONIST and if that person is not haveing a stellar day or just rude in general then it is likely you will continue to lose out on people looking to get a tattoo and your business making money. Ive gotten multiple tattoos and piercings here for years. Danny is a crazy good and professional piercer and Asa was amazing before he moved shops. Vanessa is a great owner, always friendly and great customer service. I love this shop and was skeptical at first being rhat it is inside a mall, but since my 1st piercing I fell in love with the place and once Vanessa bought it out it got even better. I give this place 5 stars and recommend this place for great quality piercings and tattoos at a great affordable price. Cant wait to get to Colorado and get here again.

I went in to get my nose pierced with my sister and the guy at the front asked if I had questions I said what I was there for and he ignored me .. So he asked again 20 mins later like it bothered him that we were there . I responded and said I told you why before and he looked at me rude. It was also a 45 min wait for the piercer to come back . which surprising he was very nice. And probably should work in the front too. To bring in more business.

the worse place in the entire world. I had gotten taken here by suprise by a friend and she thought the place was well. I got my belly pierced here and after the healing process. ITS TERRIBLE! its crooked and the person who pierced me was absolutely lazy and immediately left the room. If anyone can suggest maybe how to make my piecing look better please let me know. I would suggest NEVER going here.

The piercer is very nice and chill. The others however have no manners, theyre rude and drive people away. Tried to get my first tattoo done there and they blew me off. I went somewhere else and it was a completely different experience. Glad I didnt stick around.
