My son went in for his first tattoo and JT was very rude. He doesnt have great people skills. He seemed annoyed that he had to work. My son showed a picture of a tattoo he wanted, JT looked at it then looked it up and printed it, set up and never asked my son for approval of what he selected and printed. He had no interest in getting it exactly as my son wanted. He hated the fact I was taking video and pictures of my son first tattoo. I have video of my son happy and smile getting his tattoo and then JT looking into the camera with a mean look and shaking his head. He made us feel uncomfortable. He did an ok job. I definitely wouldnt recommend him. The other tattoo artist that came in was friendly with the other customer that was there. If we were not pressed for time because my son was leaving to go back to school in another state we wouldve walked out. I was extremely disappointed in his attitude and the horrible customer service.

I went to this place back in February to get my daith pierced. The apprentice that completed the piercing did an awful (and painful) job. The needle had slipped due to her lack of attention, so she had to pierce it twice. There was so much blood that my boyfriend almost passed out. Not even a month later, the piercing got infected and I had to take it out. It was very much a waste of $25. The same lady pierced my boyfriends lip a few months before and the same thing happened. If you want a quality piercer, I would advise to go elsewhere.

Seth is so professional and kind, I came to him for my septum in the beginning of the year I believe, and it healed great, today I got the second holes in my earlobes pierced and the experience was quick, painless and affordable. Im comfortable with Planet X Tattoo being my go to for body art. Im excited for my future visits. I definitely recommend for piercing.

My best friend and i got tattoos here and it is terrible dont ever go there, the worst tattoo I have ever seen and now I am stuck with it. He was very rude and had more interest in finishing up so he could go hangout with the ladies he tattooed before us, rushed us out of the place and I will make sure everyone hears about what a terrible experience we had.

Done all my tattoos love it here JT my artist Seth the owner both are very professional and respectful. This business I give it 5 stars. They use great quality ink and piercings. Ive gone to many places this is where I felt at home and comfortable. Highly recommend this place. My artist made my experience painless.

I walk in to see about getting my nose pierced at 9:02 and the girl said sorry we are closing I cant do it. Your website states the open hours are until 10pm. Plus the neon open light is still on. Seriously!!!! Even as I sit here and write this review the open sign is still on. Frustrating.

Wow this place is dirty and wack, the skinny girl up there in dirty as hell picking her nose and caughing on everything and the guy with the pony tail, is wack as well, very dirty and gross, the waiting areas looks like a taco stand and they dont sweep not mop their floors!! DONT GO THERE

J.T. did fabulous work on both my rose tattoo and word tattoo I got with my best friend. he was both friendly and cooperative and Im extremely happy with the way my tattoos came out. every time I leave Im already thinking about the other tattoos I want to have done at their shop.

Every experience I have here is a great one. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, and their prices are more than fair. My tattoos have been exactly what I wanted every time and it is always accomplished quickly and professionally. All in all its a 10/10.

I would avoid this place. At all costs. About as unprofessional as it gets. Insulted me. Threatened me. I legitimately felt threatened. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that acts like a business.

Went to try to get a tattoo here they are very rude and disrespectful the tattoo guy even smelled like hard liquor wanted to charge alot for a quarter sized tattoo wouldnt recommend this shop at all
