I was responsible for starting up a new remote office location in Orange County California from NH not knowing anyone on the West Coast. I found NOL in Arizona from a google search for used office furniture. I worked with Linda Thompson in Sales and within 1 1/2 days we had a proposal for 10 cubicle stations, a conference room and 2 individual offices as well as miscellaneous other items i.e. filing cabinets, utility/ distribution furniture, chairs etc. The furniture was refurbished and shipped to their Tustin Ca store where Martin Jaramillo shipping manager and Neil Wells store Manager took over the process. They hired local installers to get the job done after hours and on the weekend as was required by our facility. Linda, Martin & Neil were all extremely professional and communicated with me all along the way. From the time we placed the furniture order to the time the furniture was installed was approximately 30 days- quite a feat. NOL was able to meet and exceed our expectations for service, as well as saving us upward of $10,000 over a quote we had obtained for new furniture. Kudos to this team of professionals- I hope I have an opportunity to use their services again!

My wife needed a new desk, which was rather oversized, and we couldnt find what she wanted. We called and spoke to Martin Jaramillo. He assured us that he could find us something. We came in and met with Martin and he took his time in showing us all the possible desks, which were a lot and all were what she was looking for. Now we had to narrow down all the desks that fit her desire. Martin again took his time with us and we found exactly what she wanted. We are very happy with the selection. Happy wife, happy hubby!
