Another "service" review here. I went in to pick up my two day old online order. Got my email confirming it was there with no pick up deadline indicated. Good thing since I was out of town on an emergency. When I arrived to pick up my simple order ( one ream of standard copy paper and one common HP cartridge; both items in stock at the Upland store) the young man could not find it. I said cant I just get the items since you have them in stock? "NO! These items were ordered especially for you". He went to ask his managers/supervisors about it. She said "this is an abandoned order since you didnt come in to get it". I said there is no deadline indicated on my email dated just two days ago and why cant I just pick up the items since you have them in stock? But Noooo, instead they treated me like a child being punished for being tardy. Both the supervisor and her sidekick could have represented your company and store better. I think Ill start going to Office Depot. Also, I took a legal document in to the same store for 4 sets of copies. I should have checked before I left the store but when I got home I found a whole section missing from 2 sets of copies. I called and they said it should have been verified before I left the store. Wouldnt that be done by the clerk with me present?

There are a lot of great people here. Believe me, I used to work here! A lot of the complaints here are unwarranted. Every day we try our best. Customer service is the only job requirement and things like "numbers" are only recommended and appreciated. A few things to remember about Staples and all other stores. The associates usually have only an hour to clean the entire store and find all of the missing product, so every minute counts. Theyre not trying to be mean when they dont let you in 5 minutes after closing. And dont bang on the door asking to come in... "I have just one copy" isnt a valid reason for us to let you in. Not only does this rule protect the associates but it also means that Staples can be ready for the morning rush. The best times to come in every day are from about 10:00 to 7:00.

Worst customer service ever!!! It looks like the lazy fat ass brianna has no clue on what she is doing! Doesnt know how to process coupons, she put it to trash. Never smile or maybe thats what her real face is, this kind of staff makes your company go down and make customer never comes back. She didnt even want to put my products into plastic bag, what a lazy ass! Looks like she dont wanna work but needed the money badly so she dont care for the customers! Fire that fat ass!

This review is about the service. Went to get a PDF printed. According to the guy, because they closed in about 5 minutes he could not print out four 8.5x11 pages because the printer was being used by another customer. The funny thing is Ive been there before and that printer that was used was one of many they have at their disposal (and prints have been made before in their other printers). So they guy was just being lazy. Thanks!

I ordered business cards online BEFORE 2PM i was supposed to get same day pick up i never got an email saying my order was ready and i thought okay maybe theyre busy i called the next day around 3 asking about my order a guy told me it was ready to be picked up i went to staples stood in line for 10 minutes only to be told that my order wasnt ready

I had a awesome experience here with one of the staff who printed my headshots, she was so kind and polite and did exactly what I requested, while walking me how to send orders online. She called once my prints were ready, I love this place!

After waiting for 10 min to get help ... They explain that I cant email information to get it print if the pic need to be resize ... ( u can do that at office max Office Depot and even fedex but not at staples ) and the girl was rude

They were very rude and wouldnt help me to print out a paper from my phone ...Ive never been treated so bad ..no one to wait on you ....and I was in there 50 min for one paper to be printed ....I wont be going ever back there !!!!!!

This is definitely the store to get all your stationary and school supplies. The store is huge but if you need something, the staff members will help you find it.

They lost my multiple store card. I had left it behind on my last visit. Instead of contacting me they put it aside and lost it. It is unreplaceable
