This place is the WORST!!! I ordered a $800 laptop per the advice of my computer guy. When I placed the order I thought I was placing it direct to Newegg here in California. But nooooooo it went to some marketplace vendor in Michigan who I could not understand. #1 I found the laptop at Costco for $150 cheaper #2 The on/off switch broke and when I researched it on YouTube its a know issue #3 The motherboard fried at 2 WEEKS!!!! Now I can get my money back because I threw the cardboard box away. So a 25 cent box is making me lose $800 I dont think so!!!! Im going to FIGHT THIS!

Ordered two items, charges were made to my credit card account and week went by without confirmation or shipment. I inquired about my ordered, they contacted me a two days later and said they will look into it. About another week went by received and email that my order had been canceled. No reason was given to why it was canceled. Both items I ordered showed that they had 20 + in stock by the way, so it should have not be a stock issue. All charges were reimbursed . Waste of time.

This company is horrible. I bought a Corsair power supply that wouldnt even turn on, and they refused to take it back because I didnt keep the original box it came in, even though I had kept the product code and I had all the other original shipping boxes. I will NEVER do business with them again!! And it took a week to even respond!! Do NOT buy anything from this company!!
