The store manager Jose took all my anxiety away!! He made my life so much easier and I will always be grateful and tell people what a great experience I had and also what great customer service they give at this location!! Even though they were busy Jose kept his cool when people were asking him question after question - even I was getting irritated... but he was very kind and helpful. he did my print job that I had delayed in doing and I thought it was almost too late which in fact would have probably cost me my job. All I can say is Thank you!! He is an amazing asset to your company!!

Went to the Office Depot in Campus Dr and the guy at the print & copy was so upset about something that refused to print my documents and yanked my pen drive without ejecting. I came to the Office Depot on Brookhurat and its 6:33 pm and I was just told that the person "who knows how to print" was on his lunch so I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes. Seriously?

The store seems to be falling apart, and you can tell that right as you enter. Everything is beyond dated in the store. Prices are crazy high, Ive gotten things on amazon sometimes 75 percent less. The only thing that I liked was the friendly staff. No wonder why the store looks at dead as the staples down the street used to be.

In general the customer service is good except this one genius: Matt. He took at least 15 minutes to resize the image and wanted to charge me for the test-print which other representative did. In the end he says, I am doing you a favor by not charging you for the work that I did! This type of attitude repels customer

I go here a lot, its cool..no issues, although I wish they gave you more than 14 days to return your computer/laptop..still have a 1 year warranty with Dell; just would have been so much easier to return it to the place I purchased it from.. old well, I know now

Ive received decent service here. In one case though, they did not have an Office Depot-branded item in stock that I was able to find at another location. They didnt really offer to check stock in other stores -- I had to drive there and hope for the best.
