This store has the worst costumer service I have ever experienced.I wish there was a choice for -5 stars. I was there for photocopies a couple of times and it was a nightmare. The first time I had to try every single machine until I finally got one that worked, and the last time (literally my last time ever setting foot at the store) I needed quite a few copies so I ran a test first, and after setting the # of copies I needed I ended up with blank pages. The worst part was that they charged me for 54 blank copies. This store is closer to my place, but Im willing to drive the extra couple of miles to Kinkos, theyre much more professional and helpful there.

This store has horrible service. I ordered something online for pickup and when I came the next day it took 15 minutes just for the salesperson to even help me and get in contact with the manager that supposedly had my order. As it turned out they didnt even have it ready!! They went around grabing the things on my order, and half of them were the wrong type or size and some of the folders were dirty! I was royally upset. I wasted an hour in that store when it should have taken 10 minutes. I will never ever shop at this store again, and I procure supplies for TWO companies.

The products and servics are good, as is the quality of their merchandise. The location is great. However, customer service is very important too. I gave this store 2 stars because the people that work at the store are consistently rude and unhelpful. I dont think they get any training. I have to go to the nearest Staples to buy my Office Supplies and print out. If you need any help dont go to this store. Its a waste of time. Find a Staples instead.

Probably one of the best customer Svc experience at a retailer in a long time. I felt like everyone in the store wanted to help me. And there were plenty of customers. Great job Office Depot Fullerton!

Employees were nice enough. The place is eerily dark for a retail store. Paper selection wasnt half as good as Staples. Making wedding invites and needed thicker cardstock.

Looking for planner/binder. What I found was a selection of planner refills, but no binders that match and found binders but no matching planners. Very disappointed.
