Purchased items online through Office Depot website with pickup in store option. I used a coupon, checked out and received email confirmation to pickup order at the specified location. When I get to the store they tell me its a invalid coupon and cant honor the purchase. What kind of business practice is this? If the coupon is invalid it shouldnt have accepted it online instead of making me waste my time driving 10 miles to Office Depot. At the very least it should have sent a email notifying me of order cancelation. I didnt leave for the store until the next day but nothing. No notice. Never again will I trust this store. Fortunatly I have Staples and OfficeMax closer and usually better prices.

I went in last Sunday 10/2/2011 asked for help and it took link enough to cook a stake well done. Then, I asked the lady to help me find software for my Mac HD and she recommended the wrong software. Which was the one I bought for $129.99 +tax. I went back to return it and she said hey dont accept returns on software. Now I am stuck with a useless software that costs over $130.00. That is a lot of money if you are in college like me. Do not go there!

I was in the store the other day to have some things printed because my laptop is wacked. The nice ladies there advised that I bring in my laptop and have them do a free scan. I did and the representative (John) advised that he can fix it, tons of malware slowing it down etc. I picked it up today and it is AWESOME!! They are really good folks over there and I recommend them!! Thank You John, my computer is screaming fast now!!

Was kept waiting in a line behind a lady ordering something offline for 20 minutes while 3 other associates stood behind the counter talking. All I wanted was some whiteout. I should have gone to a different store in the Plaza instead.

Its really expensive store for everything even fix laptop, went to fix my laptop just from virus they told me gonna coast me 120$ & I did that in frys store for just 60$ so ,,, font even west ur Time with them

They didnt have the chair in stock at the store, but the guy who helped us was great. He managed to get us the chair we needed online at a sale price and arrived 2days after.

Never have the items I need. The store is very expensive, better to buy at frys. Also, the staff are not educated in their product, they just read off the box. D;
