DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE! I purchased two tires from here about 5 months ago and about 4 months later, one of the tires I purchased kept losing air. And now our tire was completely flat so we brought it in and they claimed they never had any record of our vehicle being there! and they also stated they didnt sell that brand tire there! they said the only way we can have proof of our purchase there is to bring in our receipt. They said "we re only human.people make mistakes.we must have entered in your information wrong". I give this place no stars!

Have been going here for years on my daily driven cars, alignment & tires only. Great service, great environment, friendly staff and work towards perfection when it comes to getting the car aligned within manufactures specs. If something doesnt work out according to plan, they bring it to your attention before even making an attempt on "mickey mousing it" - You dont drive away with concerns, you drive away happy. Great management.

Was told they can replace my tire and they insist on charging me for reseting my dashboard light. I drive off and the light never goes off. Call in and they told to bring it in. Guy tells me he will take care of it then ignores me. Services other customer first and only after my 4th reminder does he call the mechanic. Doesnt really explain to the mech what I need and obveously doesnt want to service this customer.

Good customer service, good process, and a nice waiting area with complimentary coffee and water. They also have beverage vending machine. Computer alignment for your car tires and will give you a print out with specifications of the alignment. Tire prices are a bit high so I would recommend you buy your tires somewhere else to get a better deal.

I took my 2001 accord here as I had some engine issues. I scanned my engine quotes and did my research before I took it in. They gave the exact reason and also did a price match on the new parts. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This will be my goto mechanic place from now.

Small but trustworthy place to take your car, even if they dont have a part they get it arranged for you from nearby pepboy and complete the service, also management is very helpful in explaining the problem and various discounts one can get.

Had a terrible experience here several years ago. Worker here broke my tire pressure sensor of Lexus IS350. Manager was terrible to handle customer complaint. He did not agree to pay for the damage cost on labors to install new sensor.
