This is a solid store to go to. So the staff Ive worked with have been knowledge, and helpful with any questions I have. One guy asked what I was working on, and we had a good conversation about diagnosis, and possible repairs. Another employee let me pick measure and pick out vacuum hose myself since I was unsure the exact size. The staff is always friendly and check out is always quick. Ill be a returning customer as long as the keep the great staff!

After reading online that Autozone will pull engine computer codes if a warning light is on, I called to ask. The guy who responded said in an angry voice said "we havent done that service in a year," and then hung up on me before I could ask if they could do it for a charge. Needless to say, I wont be patronizing this Autozone.

I went in today and spent 36 bucks and didnt remember to pull out my rewards card till after the transaction was finished. I asked the young guy behind the counter if I could still use it and he said too late and gave me the impression that I could enter it online with my reciept. what a laugh he must have had. 36 bucks

Lost my business! Called just now to geta price on a car battery and the girl was unable to clarify for me the 18. Charge. My question was " Do you charge that to take/dispose of my old battery or do you charge it if you DONT take my battery" Her answer was yes, uh huh. Well which one

Auto Zone caved in to all the car dealer and mechanics complaining about Auto Zone customers fixing their own cars using their code plug ins as now they wont help you read the fault codes on your car so now I will buy my own and screw the overpriced dealers, mechanics and Auto Zone

Ive gone here twice now and been very impressed by how the staff seems to go above and beyond to help you out. The only downside is they seemed to be slightly understaffed because they are so busy helping out customers. Overall Id recommend coming here before anywhere else
