I I could give zero stars I would , there is a so-called Manager lady here that has No sense of Customer service Name is Alicia she was out ride Rude and challenged everything I asked . I even stopped and explained my situation.. Twice ...you would think a manager would use her tittle to help customers find solutions and have a great deal of common sense but to my surprise "common sense" is not as common .. needless to say I went to a farther Autozone where I know the staff is friendlier and helpful, they immediately took care of my issue and I was in and out in 3 mins .. looks like they can use some training at this store. The team under her will reflect her lack of service skills and common sense solutions.. Why make your customers jump thru hoops because you feel your tittle makes you... sorry to inform you that your customers make you .. I have 4 cars and always used autozone .. now I go to Cesar at o Reilly hes a great guy and will never let you down ... when I am in Torrance area then I do stop @Autozone .. but I avoid this Hawthorne location no matter what .. 4 cars plus a big family they lost a bunch of business just in my family .. hope they get it right .. Everyone can change!!!! Hopefully

Went in for Windshield washer fluid, staff were helpful from when the door opened. only reason for 1 vs 5 stars...I didnt know I would need more that one Gallon, and would have purchased more if I had been advised that some models, if empty may hold more that one gallon. Ill go back though as I really liked the service.

Well well well, finally Auto zone where the people who work in realized how important customers service can be. I stopped here for emergency, since I decided to never shop at Auto zone again, but the woman who helped me here was so nice, that I might start using them again.

Went and bought a serpentine from this store last night, gave me the wrong size went to return it today and they said they didnt sale it their. If I could give a -5 star I would. They dont even deserve one star. Go to complete plus.

Love this store! Love their their reward program and that they loan you specialty tools. The staff its very helpfull and good attitude. All the store around the area are good but this is the best.

My go to autoparts store. I have be coming here to change my oIL for two years. They make it easy for me to change my oil myself in the parking lot. Buy, change, and recycle my oil in 30 minutes.
