This company is an absolute joke. I bought a set of wires for my car back in June. There was a crack in the wires which cause arching and misfiring. When I went in to exchange them I was met with smirks and people telling me "this isnt covered" when any other car place in the area would just replace it hassle free. The only reason I went to them in the first place is because they could get the part I needed in a day Vs. the other guys which would have been a week. This is a set of Bosch wires, probably the most expensive ones they make. I grew tired of the smirks and asked to speak with the store manager. When he came out, he told ME to "Loose the attitude" and go to another company. Excuse me???? You sold me a faulty product and had two employees acting like I was trying to swindle them. What I wanted to know is that would I have to deal with this drama every time I came into the store? Then when I called a number on the website, I got someone that seemed like they could careless that a customer was having issues at one of their stores. Aside from attempting to use a warranty for any of the other parts, I would rather pay an extra few bucks else where for express shipping then deal with these clowns again.

The customer service is horrific. Its amazing they stay in business. They close the store earlier than posted, have people knocking at the door and they completely ignore. Unacceptable in a service industry.

They said the only way they would test my car battery is if I took it out of the car myself and carried it into the store. Poor customer service. Just go to the one in Hollywood and save yourself the hassle!

This machine shop lost my flywheel. They explained that a customer took it by mistake. All I know they have to replace my flywheel. Ill do an update on this.
