I never really went to autozone until I moved to thousand oaks. These guys are super friendly and helpful, as well as being some of the more knowledgeable parts guys in the area. For some parts I trust the NAPA band or OE more, but for everything else Ive started going here. Its just easier and quicker, the guys at NAPA are salty and some are really dumb. The guys at OReilly never seem to be in a hurry, nor are they super helpful. I have yet to have a bad experience with the staff at this autozone though, and as a result theyve earned quite a lot of my business.

Friendly and fast service. I ordered a part they didnt stock on hand and they told me it would be there the next day by 4pm. I received a call the same day and letting me know they had showed up on that days shipment. I was able to get my car back on the street 24 hours faster than I had originally thought. They win my business.

this is for James. He is one of the best of the best clubs that Ive ever dealt with one, two diagnosing are figuring out your problem. Is very helpful with determining a part I need to replace without replacing others for additional cost. Good personality very easy to talk to. Thank you very much

If you really like waiting in line and then getting completely uninformed desk help then this is the parts store for you. Ive been twice, had to wait for over 10 minutes each time then got the wrong part each time. There wont be a third time.
