I am a self employed business owner and am aware of how some people might give a company 0 stars due to something minor. I dont want to be one of those people. My experience with this company overall has been better than OK, but not always great. The staff has always been friendly. And they guys really seem to know their stuff. The prices are fair....sure you can find something online a few bucks cheaper. But if you need something and need it now their prices are fair. Recently I went in looking for a combo clip-in/platform pedal set. I found one online for about $50. I went to the store and they had a different one for $100. HOWEVER they reduced their price (a lot!) because the same pedal was being offered online at a competitor store for cheaper....those were the good points... But I was unhappy with a recent store visit pertaining to a bike tune up. When I bought my pedals I inquired about a tune up and was told to bring a bike in on Monday if I wanted to back in time for the next weekend. I did.....by Thursday I hadnt received an update call. I called and was told the bike wouldnt be ready until Monday. When I expressed disappointment the man said hed see if they could rush it and would call me back in 15 min......he didnt call back. So I called the next day and they re-confirmed the bike would not be ready until Monday. So I missed an important training ride. Over the weekend the actual bike mechanic called me with an update on the bike. He threw in some extra service & repairs they did to the bike without charge as sort of a make up for running late. So I gotta give them credit for throwing in a little extra for a customer who wasnt happy. I cant give them 5 stars ....but being late and a failed return call doesnt mean they should get 0 stars either.

came in on a Saturday, desperately needing my bike to be fixed (brake pads were running up against the wheel). I had called before asking if they could see me right away because I had to leave for college the next day. I called first and spoke to a guide name Evan. He was nice over the phone and said bring it on over. Normally like any bikeshop they usually have allotted times to do maintenance and coming in randomly will usually lead to waiting a day or two. I couldnt because I had to leave for school. Now I brought it in and thankfully Evan was still there. I told him that I was the guy he spoke to over the phone. He immediately began working on my bike and told me I could walk around the store and he would have it completed in 5-10 min.. I waited around 15 min. He calls me over and tells me a fee things. 1) My wheel was untrue and thats why it was hitting the brake pad. He fixed that to the best of his ability without having to have the rim sent out for repair. (I guess the rim was bent) 2) I was rocking the wrong value stem which wouldnt have allowed me to fill my back tire with air. He also fixed that. He called me over and told me the things above but first he apologized for the longer wait. Super nice guy. After everything, I asked him what was the damage. He tells me no charge and then tells me to study hard. This was a great experience not only for the short wait time but for the really good service. I would have said this even if he did charge me for the service. If youre in need for a bike, forget Walmart or Target. Yeah they might be cheaper but there quality is much less and their service is nonexistent. P.S. Ask for Evan if you go. Hes such a nice guy and really helpful. Will be coming back once my bike gives out.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT- This is the bike shop that you WANT to go to if you are in the Inland Valley. We are very lucky in the Murrieta/Temecula area because we have quite a few really good bike shops with smart enthusiastic employees and knowledgeable sales people. That being said, BICYCLE WAREHOUSE is definitely on a level all its own. Most shops treat you great when you come in, and better when you head towards the pricier bike; but they tend to ignore you if you are "just looking" or getting a tube or patch kit; not BICYCLE WAREHOUSE! Ryan and Evan are always quick to offer a hello as soon as you walk in (or a "how can we keep you rolling?" if you call), Nichole goes out of her way to recommend the right gear and offer educated advice on equipment, and Brian is an encyclopedia of cycling knowledge, and local riding spots, as well as the best mechanic in the Inland Empire. The store is laid out smartly and easy to navigate, and it offers a wide variety of mountain (both hard-tail and full suspension), road, and cruisers. Additionally, BICYCLE WAREHOUSE has a great selection of shoes, jerseys, shorts, tools, helmets, bike racks, and anything else that you might need. Oh yeah, did I mention that they match prices?? Theres no need to buy parts from some shady no-name internet only bike shop, BICYCLE WAREHOUSE matches legitimate prices right there on the spot!!! Wouldnt you rather purchase locally and support your community? I know I would. So if your looking for a truly full-service bicycle shop with a knowledgeable sales staff and top-notch mechanics LOCALLY, look no further than BICYCLE WAREHOUSE !! Youll be glad you came in, and youll keep coming back.,

I was referred by my neighbor to go check out this place for bike and other accessories. Ben-customer rep. was really helpful find right road bike shoes and cleats. He also took the time to install and align properly-very detailed oriented. He also then help me to get custom fitted with my new road bike and with his expertise and patience, he really take his time with you. I have never got this kind of service or attention when it comes to customers needs but Ben really went out of his way to make you feel comfortable and not trying to sell you that you dont need. Honest, caring, and knowledgeable. I would definitely will buy and recommend my friends to this place. Thanks Ben YOU ARE THE BEST!

I live 45 minutes away from bicycle warehouse Temecula, but i will definitely drive 45 mins if i needed something that is bike related or needed a bike service. I like other bike shops too but i find myself at home at Bicycle warehouse Temecula. Thank you Bicycle warehouse Temecula!

I love this place! I bought a nice bike for my teenage son here. The staff is very informative and helpful. Speaking of helpful, during my last visit a homeless gentleman was there with his very battered bike in need of a tire tube. He told me that they were going to help him with a new tube. I was willing to pay for a tube for him but he assured me that the shop would take care of it. I thought this was just beautiful that they would do this. Im fairly new to the area but I can see myself coming back to this place again and again.
