My first time visiting Portland Bicycle Studio, they made me feel like a long time customer just stopping in to say hey. Since that day, the crew at the studio continue to treat me and my bikes like one of their own. I trust them to take care of me. Theres nothing I havent been able to have fixed, stepped-up, or customized to work with my bike at this shop. If I need/want it, they can get it, and Molly is always stoked to sit down and talk with you about riding, fits, nutrition, racing, or just keeping it authentic. The Portland Bicycle Studio is a destination, and I dig the welcoming feeling I get there.

My wife and I have been regulars at PBS for over 3 years. Molly, Joe, Shawn, Isaac and the rest of the crew are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are a couple of road enthusiasts who rely on PBS to help us with the latest products, maintenance, and upgrades to our little fleet of bikes. We appreciate their willingness to spend the time and work with us to make the right decisions about products and upgrade and/or maintenance decisions. The shop is well located in NW Portland and It is always a pleasure to stop by and chat about all things bike-related over a cup of coffee.

These guys really are great. I found then online as a reseller for a particular part, but they didnt just sell me a part, they helped me understand all my options for potentially resolving my issue. Ultimately, they were able to vastly improve my riding experience with a less expensive and more immediate solution. Ive already scheduled some follow up additions and am really excited to go back in. Theyre nice, welcoming, and wont make you feel like some other bike shops do if you arent a 2 wheeled, pedal-powered expert.

The service and knowledge Molly and the rest of the crew bring to Portland Bicycle Studio are second to none in this city. From bikes and wheels to nutrition and bike fits they do it all and are friendly and helpful along the way. If they dont have something in stock they are happy to order it for you. I really cant see myself going to any other shop as long as I live in Portland.

I was visiting Portland and needed a surrogate bike shop. The folks at PBS were very helpful and accommodating. I got a bike box from them to ship my bike and I also took advantage of the delectable coffee they offer.. The staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone who is local or just traveling through.

Molly breathes cyclocross and it shows in the shop. Carrying a lot of special items for cross and anything else you ride in the off-season. The mechanics are great too. Super friendly and helpful for anything from a race-ready bike to a tube for your tire.

* They know their stuff *. Though I didnt get my CX bike from the shop, Ive only been taking it to Portland Bicycle Studio for service and improvements (wheels, tires, etc...). They have the experience and knowledge to guide me on equipment purchases.
