This is a great local bike shop. I have yet to actually pay them anything and they have helped me out twice!! I purchased a used Trek mountain bike on ebay, and in shipping the bike, they sent the wrong quick release for the front tire. It was for the back tire, and too long to use on the front. I stopped into Pedal Pros to see if they would be willing to trade it for the right size. They did it without hesitation! That was the first time they helped me. The second time was, with that same bike, about a week later I was attempting to change the front handle bar stem, and in the process somehow lost the Headset dust cover. I stopped into Pedal Pros to see if they could replace it. He couldnt replace it without selling me a whole new headset which would be around $100. Instead he referred me to another LBS which is a Trek dealer, theorizing they would probably have a part that could work in their parts drawer. His hunch was right, the other shop had the part and the repair cost $4.25! Pedal Pros did the right thing for the customer at the time and it is much appreciated.

Robert the owner is an an awesome mechanic and a really great guy. I was so impressed with his work and customer service. Robert took the time to explain the problem with my bike and had it fixed by the next day. Then the next day came. Robert was not in the shop, and there was some kid there named Taylor or something similar to that. The kid needs some training in customer service and communication skills. Had I come in to the shop on that day for the first time, I would have rated this place one star and I would have never been back. The same attitude is the reason I do not do business at The Hub. So, I picked up my bike, and it works like a clock! Flawless and better than when it was brand new. My tip for using this shop: Call first to see if Robert is there. If he is, go in and be ready for the best service ever! If that kid "Taylor" is there, save the trip and wait for Robert. (I forgot the kids name, so it "T" something.)

The Shop is small, with few second hand bicycles. But shop person is very enthusiastic. He greets customers with respect. He does not have a great selection but he truly tries to help bicycle-lovers get the right kind of bicycle. He would recommend many other bicycle stores in local area if he does not have the kind of bike you are looking for. I roamed entire Roseville area for bicycle and he is the only one who actually asked my name, offered me kin advice on bikes, gave me his business card and a hand shake.

I cannot say enough good things about Robert and his shop. We have been using the shop for two years now. Robert has been so patient and helpful to my son, who I think asks too many questions and gets a lot of free advice. We have always been charged a more than fair price for all the work the shop has done for us. It is refreshing to do business locally with the owner. We have recently moved 10 miles from Pedal Pros. I will be taking one of our bikes in for a tune-up today. Yes! It They are worth the drive!

An awesome little bike shop. Took my bike in for a tune up. He took a look at it right there on the spot and told me what he would do. It was done the next day. If youre looking for a shop that will give you their time and greet you when you walk in, then this is it. Robert was very helpful and really does want to assist you. Ive found my local bike shop.

Went in to get a estimate Chris estimated $65 so we left our bike. when we went in to get it. It was almost $130. I dont like how it doubled without my permission. Now he still has bike because we refuse to pay double the agreed amount. Im a business owner myself and would not ever do that to our clients.

I took my brothers bike in to get the 40.00 dollar tune up and to replace the front tire and tube. The rear tire was good. He somehow replaced the rear with a new one leaving the thorn filled front tire with a new tube. Well it held air for about 20 hours and went flat. not going back

Under new ownership since I last went there, but the new owner (Chris) is great. Was very happy to see nothing was compromised in the switch at all. Straightforward, no BS upselling, knowledgeable, high quality and integrity—the only place I go to for bike parts and service.
