Awful place. Owner is locquatious and prioritizes profit over customer service. I got a bike lock that said it was 5 and discovered it is 6". when i went back (didnt have receipt (this is a small, friendly town)) over the phone with him he told his employee dont make her too happy. Happily the gentleman on staff was super good and he did me right. thats because for the most part, i find the people who live in and around Sebastopol, CA are super sweet.

Expertise and Craftsmanship and Love For The Bike and all of what youd need and want from your bike shop? Yes. They got it. Nice guys? Yes, absolutely (and thats important!). And yesterday they went the extra mile for me (in a way I wont describe because they cant do this sort of thing all the time so I dont want you to expect it but I do want you to know that it comes naturally for them). This is THE place!

Go to Sebastopol Bike Center near Barlow instead of this place!! Bought bike on ebay, took it here to get it in good working order. One owner was super rude, the other kinda nice. Prices high, too high for quality of service ( learn some manners, mean owner!) Dont waste your time or money.

My son and I brought our bikes in to be fixed last week. They figured out how to save us money. They were so nice and helpful.

We took our bike in twice, spent $120.00 for an overhaul and after two weeks brakes still lock up. Waste of our money.
