Been in a few times, mostly to browse. Employees are very helpful and selection changes pretty frequently. My roommate bought a bike here and it seems my dad may be coming up from SF to pick up a bike here soon as well.

It took them a week to give me an estimate on my bike, and what they offer is extremely low. Waste of time to sell your bike here unless you dont care how much money you get. Better to sell on craigslist
