What a cool find! few blocks away from my house, love it! There are all kinds of spices, chutneys, sauces, oils, teas - all that good stuff! They also have candies, olives, yogurts, Middle Eastern pastries, specialty foods, jams and cocktail syrups, beans and lentils, rices, pastas, flours, fresh vegetables, fruits and delicious frozen cooked food...I could go on and on. The store is big and I havent seen employees to ask them beside the cashier, but I just had to go through the whole store to see everything. This Taj Mahal Market place carries a lot more variety and stuff you may not be able to find anywhere. The prices are not bad. Its really good.I got 10% off discount with a coupon. Just like this spot- I highly recommend a visit if you love to explore cooking.

My favorite store for Indian grocery and related shopping. The store has more stuff than typically Indian- it has grocery for all countries in the Indian sub-continent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan). It is a huge store, has a huge variety of stuff and is priced competitively. What I like best is that it is not crowded (unlike Madras Grocery or India Cash and Carry) and therefore makes for a more pleasant experience. Additionally, they also have a poultry and fish section where they sell fresh meat (cut however you like) and a Cafe where they serve sandwiches, rolls and other typical Indian road side snacks. The cafe food is slightly over priced IMO.

The old guy in counter is rude. I have more than 25 grocery items purchased apart from my regular meat purchase on Sundays. He doesnt help in putting them in bags and instead arguing with me that its not his job, and thrown items hastily during billing. Its not even busy as there is only one after me. And also the person in front of me got his items packed into bags by this counter guy. Not fair and bad customer service!.

Definitely much better than the previous Mexican supermarket in terms of food quality. I hope they could introduce more organic food as an option and more variations of milk & eggs. I was in their parking lot for a while, and noticed from the cars parked there that potential customers could afford higher-end stuffs.

Its new. Theyre doing a great job. The meat is fresh. They include things that you cannot get elsewhere, lamb, goat and others. The vegetable selection is very wide and its very fresh. Its still a work in progress, yet they have the basics down. We locals need to support them and buy more food here!

The guy at the meat stand is never cooperative. He will take your order while giving you excuses and make you wait for no good reason. You will get a feeling that he really hates his job and will prefer not to take your order. I have seen him driving away customers so he wont have to work.

They have a good stock of groceries. The person at the meat department humiliates customers buying small quantities of meat. Also, their meat department was closed twice by Santa Clara country for unhygienic conditions. The meat quality is good though, thats the only reason i go there.

Nice large store compared to the tiny one on El Camino but the meat department is still so SLOW! Why dont you pre-package ground beef and chicken at least? I always have to wait at least 30 minutes for just some simple meat, no fancy cuts or anything... Please fix this.

Great international store to find Indian and middle eastern products and foods. Also if you are looking for Halal meat, the butchery offers Halal beef, veal and chicken with a fairly high quality. The customer service is also good and I have been happy shopping here.
