Tom installed one of those new Recluse EXP clutches into my 08 KTM 300. He charged me a fair price for that and a couple other minor things. I went riding and the EXP performed perfectly for about 20 minutes and the auto-clutch ability started to fade. With apologies, John took the bike in that afternoon, re-adjusted the clutch for no charge and had it ready by the end of the day. With a hydraulic clutch the only way to adjust the Recluse EXP is at the pressure plate, not the clutch lever perch which would have been a quick fix. So, its a bit of time to remove and reinstall the side clutch case for an adjustment. The next ride the clutch worked, but failed again. Tom took my bike, called Recluse, they said to put lock tight on the adjustment bolt. He did so and for no charge. The Recluse now works perfectly and Im very happy with how Moore & Sons KTM resolved this issu

Honest shop with very knowledgeable people. I would definitely recommend this place. Ive had nothing but great experience whenever I go. I went in around October last year looking to buy a motorcycle. They didnt have one in stock but they directed me to someone that was looking to sell one that was in new condition. This was from an individual person, not another dealer. I was really surprised when they gave me his information. I contacted the person and ended up buying his motorcycle. It only had 60 miles on it, essentially new. They could have easily gotten a deposit and had me wait for a model to come in and make some money off me. Great experience with great people. I get my parts and oil from here whenever I need them.

The guy in the service department could give a crap about working on your bike or anything else unless you are buying parts from them. Asked him to do multiple jobs on my bike and he just flat out didnt want to. Asked him to change a tire because i had a trip the next day and was in a bind. He asked if i bought the tire or rim from him and when i said i did not he said he didnt want to do it and he doesnt have time. Guy in parts was alright probably because i had to buy a few things. I wont go here again though.

Nothing good about this place ! Called to get a simple job that any other professional would want to take ! Which is to change a tire! The man asked if I had bought the tire through him , I responded no. He flat out said he didnt want the job. Not sure how this business is still open but I doubt this place will be around much longer. In other words. Go to someone who wants $$ and is really about making a profit.

Moore & Sons is a great little shop with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and top-notch service department but dont expect them to fall at your feet just because youve got money to spend. Spend a few minutes getting to know them and letting them get to know you (and your KTM). Once youve established a rapport with the staff, youre good to go!

These guys are great, they have just about every ktm and husky in stock and are super knowledgeable about the bikes. Service department has mom and pop approachability, they explain everything in detail and call regularly to make sure expectations are clear and any changes are agreed upon so there are no surprises. Prices are fair.

Best place to go for ktm. Tom is the best mechanic for these bikes. Its a family place and they know all the little things, and what works good with your bike and what doesnt. Way better than the motor cafe.
