Ive been to this location three times between April -Aug 2017. The first time was just an average experience, not much help from the clerk who wasnt up to date on products available on the market for USB charging. Didnt make sense to me because all they sell is gear & accessories. Inventory was sparse. A small store so I couldnt understand why the shelves were bare & picked over yet theres other items stacked up on the floor. Second trip, I walked in, was helped & walked out with my purchase. Third & last time. Wanted a tank bag. Walked in said hello, two clerks played on computer/ cell phone while I showed myself the storage bags. All of it high, out of reach. Couldnt view or inspect anything. No assistance. Tripped over products stacked on the floor. Walked over to clerk asked about tank bags. He said "theyre all up there". I walked out. & Will be finding a different shop to deal with.

Purchased a riding suit, it ended up being defective. Not the fault of Cycle Gear, and they promptly sent me a replacement. The second suit ended up being defective in the exact same way. I dont want a replacement of an obviously inferior product, so I had to send it back. I was promised that my account would be immediately refunded so I could use the money towards a better suit, so I wouldnt be commuting without proper riding gear... nothing like that has happened. I was not refunded, the purchase history for the suit is no longer on my account, and now Im out many hundreds of dollars, and I cant get them to respond to my emails. Avoid shopping here at all costs... They have permanently lost a customer.

Lately we have been in a few times and everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful. Not sure if they changed management or something but there definitely seems to be an improvement in customer service. We have had mixed experiences here. Some people seem very nice. Other people seem very condescending and irritable. Not a lot of options when shopping for motorcycle gear so we keep stopping in from time to time and its like rolling dice to see who treats you well and who doesnt. Lately I tend to buy my gear from revzilla but when buying clothes or helmets thats always risky/annoying trying to get something that fits nicely without being able to try it on.

I just purchased a helmet and a jacket from this cycle gear. They had a good selection of the items I was looking for with a fair price; the jacket was on sale! I had great help from Jordan who made sure I had the right helmet for my riding style; he answered a lot of questions I had about motorcycles. This is a good place.

Pathetic service department. Dropped off tires to be changed, not a soul in the store. Two DAYS later, the tires had not moved one inch from where I left them. Avoid this place like the plague.
