Sexist and bad service. My boyfriend went in last Thursday to order me a new pair of handlebars (Mine were bent and I was having throttle cable issues) and after giving them the dimensions and all info needed, we were told theyd be in Monday. Yesterday came around and I went in to pick them up, and was told they werent there but theyd give me a call later when they were in and they took down my number. This was all fine. Today, after not receiving a call, I decided to go by and see if I could pick them up on my way home from classes. I walked in and was immediately greeted with the mechanic and the lady at the front yelling at each other. They stopped immediately when I came in, and I asked if they had received my bars yet. The mechanic told me they had received a pair, but they werent the ones I wanted so they sent them back. He then proceeded to tell me if I wanted the bars he would reorder them, but he "didnt want to pay shipping costs twice" and I would have to "pay for whatever came," whether they were the ones I ordered or not. I was taken aback a bit by this and his rude tone, and told them Id just order online. He then told me, "Charley can reorder them, or you can ask him to order them online for you," and made several other remarks basically telling me that The Boyfriend/Male should be doing this for me. Im hugely surprised that a local business would 1. treat their customers like this, 2. not even call me when they returned the original bars to tell me there was an issue, and 3. be so blatant in their misogyny. I wont be going back, and I ordered new bars online.

Best shop in the Bay Area!!! Well mannered, respectful, assertive crew with experience in all things moto oriented. Whether you are on 2-wheels, 4-wheels, or you savagely rock an old school 3 wheeler... Theyve got you covered! Well stocked on O.E. oils with excellent knowledge on the science of synthetics, semi-synthetics, and petrol based oils alike. I cant tell you how much I miss this shop and its lovable bunch of moto enthusiasts since I moved to Oregon! If you have an issue, the management will gladly listen and address your concerns with sincerity, as Ive noticed any "issue" is only a misunderstanding that is easily solved.

The best shop in Santa Cruz no doubt, these guys are awesome! Rich the owner is very accommodating and will work with you on just about anything, him and Jason are very knowledgeable and know bikes inside and out. I had them put a stator in my 2013 ninja 300 and all the basic services. I ask them questions all the time about diy stuff and there always on top of it. Now, there the only place I take my 08 cbr 1000rr. They stock a bunch of riding gear and can also get pretty much any part you need at a fair price. Go Support This Local Business

One of the best things about this place is their willingness to help their customers. These are all riders and know their stuff! The guys at this store are great. Youre acknowledged when you come in (unlike some other places) and everyone is super helpful. The shop is small so there isnt a TON of inventory but they will get you anything you want to order; and fast. They pull out catalogs and go through them with you. They will get suppliers on the phone to ask questions. They also price match. I try to go to them before anyone else.

Very nice people whom got my unusual parts in one day. I needed "hard to find" EBC brake pads for a BMW K1600 GTL. They were 38.00 instead of 118.00 at the dealer. They were the correct fit and are perfect.
